Hi i recently purchased 4 swivel dining from yourselves, the salesman that served us was Ian Parr who was very polite and courteous and he really couldn’t of been more helpful and not only that he gave us a fantastic price, we will definitely be back to deal with Ian 👍

I had the pleasure of visiting your Chorley Store over the weekend with my Dad. We were looking for a reclining chair to meet Dad’s needs with him being elderly. Fortunately Ian Parr was in hand to assist. Ian was extremely patient with my Dad from the outset, discussing his options and explaining each one in detail. As a result of Ian Parr’s excellent customer service Dad ended up purchasing a sofa too. A massive thankyou for your patience and knowledgeable advice.

I came in with my elderly parents to look at new bed and chairs to assist with mobility. We spoke to Dawn who was really happy to assist, spending time with Dad who struggles to communicate - ensuring that he had the best chair with most suitable features. She also ensured that we had the correct discounts due to disability and didn't need to pay VAT. A great experience, we have been previous customers at Doorway to Value, and will be back. Thank-you.

My daughter and I recently visited the store to purchase two sofas. I had a pretty good idea of the make and model I wanted, but were pleased with the help we got from Ian Parr on help with picking the covering and completing the purchase. There was no hard sell and he explained everything to us in a professional and pleasant manner.

We have bought quite a few items from Doorway to Value in the past. This week we purchased a Himolla recliner chair. Peter Williams was so patient while we took our time to decide which fabric and colour we wanted. He brought us options, offered us a coffee and left us to look through the samples. Look forward to delivery our new chair. Excellent service as always.

Ordered a suite today. Jason was attentive but at no time did we feel pressured. He happily answered all our questions and gave us all the time we wanted to make decisions. The showroom has such a large range in a pleasant environment. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We were left to have a look around when we first went in just approached by one Salesman to check we were ok. We bought a Parker Knoll sofa, recliner chair and stool and helped by Steven Corns who was a brilliant salesman and very helpful without being pushy. We have used this company quite a few times and the service has always been first class.

We absolutely love our bed, it came yesterday and the men did a fab and quick job putting it together. Karolina was very helpful throughout the process, which didn’t take long!! She was fab in helping us choose the right mattress and helping us look at our options. She kept us updated and booking a delivery slot was hassle free. Thank you so much!
