We’ve been looking for a couch for sometime and have visited Doorway to Value a few times as the Nolan sofa had caught our eye, but it was just that bit too big! Little did we realise until we spoke to Kelly that it was made to order and came in all different size options (this wasn’t advertised so we would never known). Had we not spoken to Kelly we wouldn’t have bought it. If you need help and advice when in store Kelly is your go to! Thanks for the everything Kelly.

I spoke to Steven Corns when I phoned about an order I wanted to make, he couldn’t have been more helpful, went above and beyond,rang me back when he said he would, communication was excellent. I am a long standing customer of Doorway to Value and I would not go anywhere else they are a pleasure to deal with. I am now waiting for my order to be delivered , the delivery teams are excellent also.

A good experience buying from Doorway to Value. Jason helped me choose the right recliner for me. He had good knowledge and didn't rush me through the process, giving us time alone to try each of them and chat. Due to a medical condition he was able to remove the vat and still give me the voucher offer they had. Bought the recliner at a good price with friendly, knowledgeable service.

We visited Doorway to Value to replace our leather sofas and our carpets. David Thomson looked after us well, gave us the time to select the right sofas for us and provided lots of useful advice. The staff were all great and David and Mark McNamara organised timing of delivery of sofas and carpets when we needed them following building work on our house. We will definitely visit again!

Dave was very helpful and quick to get back to us regarding delivery updates.

My wife and I always use Doorway to Value as our first stop for home furnishings for nearly 20 years and have never been disappointed.
We called in to store to look at a new mattress for the bed we bought over 14 years ago and as usual the service we received was second to none. Ian Ryan was as we expected of DTV totally professional and knowledgeable and helped us decide which mattress we needed. We tried every single option and spent so long deciding. Ian you are a credit to DTV and we hope they appreciate you.

Fabulous service from start to finish from both Kelly and Danny. Nothing was too much trouble and Danny gave us his full expertise when it came to selecting our new sofa.

Danny couldn’t be more helpful - from the warm welcome and brew he sorted on arrival to the sale at the end he was attentive whilst not being pushy.

Danny brought chairs from all over the store so that we could try them with the table we had chosen - provided details of the things to consider with each design of chair and worked out the the total price for the 3 we narrowed it down to (both with material and leather upholstery).

As a returning customer the discount scheme really helped and he was able to add a few small extras (that we would have been looking to purchase).

20% deposit secured the deal and as we are in the middle of build Danny is arranging for the items to be stored when they arrive until they are needed.

Couldn’t ask for anything more - great service from Danny (which is the same service we have enjoyed in the 40 years we have been doing business with Doorway to Value).
