No Response on Return Request

I am posting this review due to the extreme difficulty and lack of professionalism displayed by dogo.shop in processing a product return and providing a functional communication channel

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE ! Do not buy .

Chinese company, makes refunds difficult, buyer pays for shipping which is more then the product .
Wasted $80. Keyboard arrived in 2 weeks not 10 days (which is ridiculous shipping)

Keyboard flaws;
- Too small
- won’t sit on lap at all
- keys are delayed
- Turn on is delayed
- keys stick
- no palm rejection
- Board is heavy
- Some keys just don’t work when pressed

I order keyboards yearly and you lost my business + whoever I stop from buying.
Companies that make returns difficult don’t sell quality products . Read the return policy it is also ridiculous .

Save your money and order on Amazon so you can at least return properly.

Scam from a chinese company - gave me a fake address

Wouldn't accept return for faulty product. Made me ship the package to a fake address in China and then refused to deal with it via email. Left with a broken product, down £80 and no resolution. Complete Chinese scam - do not buy! There are other companies selling the same product on Amazon and elsewhere.

Quality keyboard

Ordered keyboard for my Samsung tablet directly from Doqoshop and receved it very fast. You have the possibility to order country specific keyboard layout. Quality of keyboard looks and feels good. Design is outstanding. Never thought i would spent 100 USD for a keyboard but didn't regret it. It's kind of lifting the tablet to a new level.

Steer Clear of Doqo

I bought the item 8 months ago. It has been working fine until last week. It will now not accept a charge and the hinge mechanism is loose. I contacted the company by email and, despite the one year warranty, have heard nothing from them. Do not do business with this company if you want a product that lasts

Doqo keyboard for iPad Mini 6

Update in September 2025: Build quality turned out to be a problem. The case gets harder and harder to open and close over time. Little bits and pieces that are glued fell out. The chicklet keyboard is really too small to be practical. Sometimes the Bluetooth connection disconnects. The case is super heavy and really adds to the bulk of the iPad Mini.

I just received the doqo keyboard for the iPad Mini 6.

Overall, I am very happy with it.

It looks great: solid aluminum, great build quality.

My goal was to fit the doqo inside my sling pack. It fits snugly.

There are a few issues that were not obvious from the reviews I read or watched:

1. Keyboard keys are chiclet keys - reminded me of my TRS-80 Color Computer, square plastic. Nothing like the Apple keyboard. Feels cheap.

2. Keyboard is tiny. I am a 120+ wpm touch typist. I don’t usually need to look at the keyboard. Here, some of the layout is so unusual that it really slows me down. I am guessing this is why Apple will never produce a Magic Keyboard for the Mini.

3. Charging: no pass through charging, so you need 2 USB cables to charge the keyboard and iPad at the same time.

4. Weight: the aluminum keyboard is super heavy. I have an iPad M2 with the Apple Magic Keyboard. It feels lighter than the Mini with the doqo keyboard.

5. Heat: went out on a 30°C summer day. Within minutes, the doqo keyboard was burning hot. It’s solid aluminum, so this is not surprising. But I moved to a shaded area, worried that the heat could affect the keyboard’s battery or the iPad.

6. Magnets: the Mini does move around a little bit, can become slightly lopsided. The magnets seem to be powerful - I couldn’t shake the iPad out of its case. So it’s weird that the iPad can be slightly angled…

7. Thickness: the keyboard is thicker than the iPad itself.

8. Bluetooth: it connects via Bluetooth. I had trouble figuring out how to activate Bluetooth on it. it’s a control key and “C” on the keyboard. Once connected, I worried that it would be a hassle to connect each time I open the case. But so far, it seems flawless.

9. Tilt angle: there is really only one angle, and it’s probably 8-10°. I wish it could be tilted up further. But the build quality for the tilt mechanism seems really good.

That’s it so far.

Overall, it a solid (and weighty) product.

Problem

Problem: The product a priori seems good and robust in terms of hardware, however its compatibility with the Ipad is very average, or the configuration is very difficult or even impossible, the keyboard disconnects or does not type in the right language and the commands are not not fair. the supplier no longer responds on whatsapp

Aluminium Dogo Keyboard - DO NOT BUY

I bought their aluminum case and have been extremely disappointed! This is a HEAVY keyboard, and after 7 months, the hinge mechanism just detached from the main body!! There had been absolutely no damage of any kind. When I approached Doqo they simply refused to honour the warranty!!
