Shipping is a problem. Tracking number was provided 3 days after order to US and not 1 day processing as they state.. shipping company is GOFO and on their site shows label created but no activity for 4 days.. CS said order left their warehouse. please use trusted carrier like FedEx, UPS or USPS when customer pay for expedited delivery..

I wanted to shout out the great customer service I received. I placed an order for Mother's Day and was offered additional deals after placing the order. I realized I could gift another mask for my spouse. I clicked to order another face mask without realizing it would automatically ship to the same address. I emailed the company and had a quick response from Amea. She helped navigate getting the shipping address switched for my second order. I look forward to my family members receiving their new masks! I love the dore&rose deep sleep mask. Ordered a second one after forgetting the first one in to a hotel. Darkens well and is super soft to use. Moisturiser from face sticks to the mask though.
