Terrible customer service 2nd mattress…

Terrible customer service 2nd mattress with a dip on one side each after 5 years. Rejected latest claim when the photo we sent was clearly 1 3/8” dip and they claimed 1 1/4” and would not honour the warranty. Will never deal with this company again.
For the record I weigh 190lbs.
Be warned do not believe their warranty info.

Not to buy a previously returned mattress

Originally, I received good service during which I was convinced that a previously returned mattress would save me a few hundred dollars. I accepted and my purchase was delivered promptly. Upon sleeping on it, I felt that the top of the mattress was very uneven, i.e. the middle was higher than the sides of the mattress, especially the left side. I tried for three weeks hoping I could get used to it but no luck. I contacted customer service and was told to take measurements, pictures, etc. which was not an easy task and should never be up to the customer to be done! Of course, after sending in my results, I was informed by customer service that they found no defect and even though the body impressions of the previous customer were quite severe causing difficulties to sleep and excruciating back pain. Now, I feel instead of a good deal, I got a lemon. Also want to mention that I am 85 years old and on a fixed income. However, I was promised that I could try in a few years to contact customer service again in case the measurements of the coils will have increased to an specific deepness. I wish I would have kept my 25 year old mattress!

very complicated and bad customer service

i bought online a headboard to my bed and it doesnt fit with the bedroom the second day i need to return with the same price i dont need the money but another color they didnt accept in a very bad way even they didnt make an exception 0 customer service very bad and they are not cooperative the headboard still not open just we saw the color i dont recommend anyone to buy from this place

Terrible

Terrible. Bought two pillows during their two for one sale. Brought pillows home and slept on them. Not possible to sleep. Too hard, too thick. Okay for maybe back sleepers or heavier type people.
Ask to exchange them and told no.

warning flexiti and dormez vous do false advertising by email
after proving it to flexiti and dormez vous flexiti still did not want to honour the email i received from flexiti for $50 off and no taxes , bought dormez vous montreal east from jack and at first he said they dont even accept flexiti or the financing flexiti said they would finally give the $50 but merchant charged the taxes and will not take them off so i will return all merchandise for misleading and lying and deceiving me very very very dissapointed this incident happened on the 23rd of february 2025 at dormez vous montreal east and email from flexiti was sent to me the 21 of feb 2025

Disappointed customer

NEVER leave a deposit because if you change your mind it takes forever to get your deposit back. I was told to leave a deposit to secure the price. I decided that it was not the right time to buy the mattress. I asked to have my deposit returned to my Visa card. It still has not been reimbursed and three weeks have passed already. Very disappointed with Dormez Vous. I will NEVER go back there again.

Just Extra extra Horrible service!
Recently moved and Purchased the most expensive new mattress ($9800), from dormez vous. within 3 days after receiving it, informed the store and customer service, there’s something wrong with the mattress, one side sinks and one side is super hard. Sent pictures, … noe they are asking me to put a broom and measuring tape on it!
Still a month later, the problem is not solved, their warranty is BS.
If I wanted to apply as a quality control specialist, I would do it.
Much better to buy from Costco, they at least stand behind their products!

If I pay a premium price, I do expect a better service.
The company has a horrible customer service after the purchase.

Dormez-vous? Some of your sales reps, yes, they sleep

Dormez-vous has always been my family's go-to for bedding, until I walked into the Cote-Vertu location. The salesman's name was Andrew. Nice man, took care of our needs and we purchased what we required, but NOT before he said we should write a great review for him! We didn't hesitate to agree, but he NEVER told us that that was his last day at that location. When we returned a week later, he was gone. We had questions and wanted to review the invoice with him and we were told he was now at another location. The man that replaced him couldn't even bother getting up from his chair to help us. We received our bedding, of course, the wrong mattress was delivered. The delivery men along with a man by the name of Nicholas who works at the Carrefour Laval location, took care of us. Andrew? Nowhere to be heard from, even after calling him several times at his new location, never even bothered to call and find out what happened (until this day!) Well Andrew, here's YOUR review. For the Delivery men that took care of us, they managed to go back to the warehouse and came back to deliver the right mattress that VERY SAME NIGHT!! Those are good people! Nicholas, thank you so much for everything. Dormez-vous should have more people like you!!!

Purchased a Tempur-pedic Pro Breeze…

Purchased a Tempur-pedic Pro Breeze mattress that was supposed to be cool. I have slept on Tempur-pedic for 20 years, always fine. The new mattress arrived and it slept so hot I could not sleep on it. It was like being on top of a stove. I called Dormez-Vous immediately and they said that they could not warranty the claimed coolness of the mattress, only if there was a physical tear or stain. Not the actual performance of the mattress. I paid $5200 for a cooling mattress that is not cool. They will not treat this as a defect. Even though the mattress does not do what it is advertised to do. Very disappointing.

Rosette took wonderful care of me. She was most informative, patient, and tried her very best to satisfy all my needs. She has made my shopping experience a pure pleasure.

Trash company

Trash company. They give you these 10-20 years warranty on the mattresses but when you try to claim it after 3-4 years, they make you go through hell. “Measure how deep is the sag”, “are there any stains”… just any reason not to honor their warranty with things that will not tell about during the purchase. Just trash!

Better buy online that from the store. You get less when you buy from the physical store!

I bought a mattress, and the sales lady was very nice. The next day I saw an ad learning that they offer a 10% discount and also a free gift of a sleeping eye cover, I immediately called the store and asked for a price adjustment and they were willing to do that for me. However, when I asked about the free gift of the sleeping eye cover, they said that it is an offer only for online purchase. I feel short changed, as I paid the same amount. Why should I be compromised that I bought from a store? I could have tried the mattress in the store and then bought it online! I wanted to support physical stores, and what I get is less service! This is poor customer service on the part of Dormez-vous. You treated clients who physically go to your stores not the same as those who purchase online. This is unfair and unethical. You offer a gift to attract a client, and not to displease a client. This is not the way to do business and to keep a customer happy. Poor management and poor customer service overall.
