I have used Dorset Chauffeur several times now for both work and personal travel and have always been happy with their service. The online booking is easy and follow up email confirmation and subsequent text messages with the designated driver is efficient.

On the most recent booking, Tom K came promptly and was very helpful in assisting my elderly family member to the check in desk and to security line and assisting with her bag. Additional service but executed with kindness and patience and is definitely worth it for peace of mind especially with elderly parents.

They will be my go to for future airport transfers.

for me was bang on time. Very smart.driver and nice clean car. Arrived at Ocean Terminal as planned, very smooth trip. Highly recommend this company, they do leave other taxi firms somewhat lacking. I will definitely be booking again.

Dorset Chauffeurs are first class! We’ve been using them for business for a several months now and always had top class service from reliable drivers including Bart, Tom, Josef and many more! They even arranged airport transfers in Poland for me which was super!! Also shout out to the office team who are always on hand supported by the super efficient booking system and reminders.

What an amazing company. Everything worked perfectly. Super professional drivers (two long journeys). Polite and considerate despite very unsociable hours. Clean, comfortable and spacious cars. Could not fault them at all. I would highly recommend.

Incredible two way trip to Portsmouth from Poole.
Ben, driver, arrived ahead of schedule and waited patiently until we were ready to leave. Ben was ready with doors open, the car was immaculate, freshly cleaned both inside and out.
We were picked up from a different location to where we had been dropped off and again Ben arrived early and waited patiently for us.
Throughout both journeys we were able to hold a conversation with him, Ben seemed happy to participate and it appeared not to distract him.
As an extra touch bottled water and mints were available to us.

We booked a trip from Heathrow T2 back to Poole.The friend we booked for is elderly and not very mobile and needed to be met at the arrivals to help with getting to the car park. The plane was delayed but this wasn't a problem for the driver. Our friends tells us she was very impressed with the service she received and how lovely the car and driver were. The staff were all very helpful during the booking and inquiry process and we would definitely recommend and use the service again

I was on a severely delayed flight from Tenerife to Bournemouth which was unexpectedly diverted to Gatwick Airport at around 2am, finally landing at 3am. My car transfer, originally scheduled to collect me from Bournemouth at 12:15am, had understandably been cancelled — or so I thought.

To my surprise and relief, without any request from me, a driver was sent to Gatwick and was waiting in arrivals when we landed. I even received an update email letting me know about the change. After what was easily one of the worst flight experiences I’ve had in recent years, this thoughtful gesture turned everything around.

My wife and I were extremely grateful and relieved. I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service and care.

We booked DCS to take us home after our son’s wedding. We did a lot of research as the reception was a little bit remote and so wanted a reliable company who would turn up on a busy bank holiday Saturday night. The website was so easy to navigate and get a quote from and after some comparing we recognised this was the firm for. They were very polite and helpful we were immediately sent a confirmation text and emails. The night before the wedding as promised we were informed Bart would be our driver and given his number. On the evening, 10mins before he was due Bart phoned to say he was outside, I let him know we needed to say our goodbyes, he was nothing but polite and curtious. The car was immaculate, clean and tidy and even complimentary water which was much needed. Bart was great, easy to talk to and made our journey very relaxed finishing off our special day perfectly. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Very professional good driver, we had Tom would highly recommend to anyone for any travel needs. He picked us up from Poole and took us to Gatwick. Loaded and unloaded all of our baggage, as well as got us a trolley made everything so easy will definitely use again

We had a trip to Heathrow and the back a few weeks later.
Quite outstanding service, easy booking, easy alterations. Everything confirmed by text and email. Our driver , Tom, was on time and communicated well and is a lovely guy.
