Incredibly clean and tidy car, smart driver, on time, calm driving, very efficient and polite. first time using them, would recommend and have already booked another trip. Good communications and information from the central team.

Tom, my driver, had to wait a long time for my luggage to come through. He was very patient, polite and welcoming. He drove swiftly and safely and pleasant the whole way. His car was very clean and comfortable and I will definitely use him again.

Booked quite last minute to take 2 young ladies to their prom. Lovely Mercedes S Class. Arrangements for pick up and drop off went exactly to plan. Driver was extremely pleasant and courteous. Overall very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Exemplary service from Tom at Dorset Chauffeur. I had to go to a funeral and burial (5 hours round trip of drive plus additional waiting time). Thank you for first class service all the way, from my initial contact with Dorset Chauffeurs through to my journey with Tom. Tom arrived early for my 5am airport trip, loaded my luggage and we were under way promptly. He is a superb driver and I very much enjoyed talking to him during the journey.
On arrival at Gatwick Tom was again most helpful in unloading my luggage and finding me a trolley. I hope he will be the driver for my return trip.

All correspondence pre collection was efficient, informative and polite.
On arrival at LHR we phoned Jozsef as our baggage was first off the plane and we had sailed through passport control. He replied immediately and politely escorted us to the car. He was interesting to talk to and drove safely.
So pleased with the service that we will be contacting them to use them again next month.

From the first Enquiry by phone to the conformation e mails and driver pick up absolutely first class service , wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Prices are competitive, vehicles used are clean classy and comfortable , drivers polite , courteous nothing too much trouble.
