I've just arrived back from 2 very long flights from Australia, booked Dorset Chauffeur whilst out there. it was very easy to book, great communication and reminders once booked and great communication when I landed. My flight was almost an hour early but Bart was there early too, just a shame the gate for the plane wasn't ready and my bag took so long to come through.
Bart was waiting in the arrivals hall exactly where he said he'd be.
As a female travelling on my own, I always get a bit anxious but Bart is lovely and we had a great chat all the way home.
I would highly recommend, very professional, friendly and polite.

I have used this company a few times, and like the other reviews they are reliable, professional, and the cars are always immaculately clean. I will not use another service. Communication is fantastic they confirm everything via email and then send you prompts when you are due to be picked up and will confirm your driver and their contact number. Matt my driver message me to confirm he was at the airport waiting Rates are also great !

We returned yesterday from a 24-day holiday to South Africa. We chose 'Dorset Chauffeur' as our means of transfer to/from Heathrow Airport from our home in Broadstone, Dorset. We had not heard of this company, but their reviews were good and their rates competitive; however we were a little anxious as to whether they would meet our hoped for expectations. We needn't have worried because from the point of booking to our arrival back home they couldn't have been more efficient.
- The initial booking requirements for both journeys - there and back - were taken over the phone, which were then emailed back to us for checking.
- One week before pick up (both outward and return) we were emailed reconfirmation details.
- The day before pick up reconfirmation was sent again advising the name of the driver.
- The driver confirmed directly with us, both outward and return on the day - that he was in place at our journey start point.
- Both drivers were smart, polite and efficient, drove professionally and were happy to allow comfort stops. Their vehicles were luxurious, clean and tidy.
- Payment was not requested until the completion of each journey, and the driver carried the equipment to accept electronic payment for the service.
- Altogether excellent service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My driver Alexandra was waiting for me, a quick phone call after collecting my luggage and picked me up within 10mins.

Great service as usual. Tom was waiting for me in the terminal despite my flight arriving 30 minutes early. He texted me to keep me up to date and was easily spotted holding my name card as I came through. The car was comfortable, bottled water was provided and the journey was smooth. Tom was super friendly and I appreciated his offer of a comfort break en route! Already booked them again for Monday morning!
