Very Professional and humbling!
In my professional and humble opinion, customer service in the UK is on a downward spiral. I was therefore absolutely taken back, and put at ease, how friendly and professional both my drivers were to and from London Gatwick!
Absolute pleasure to be met both at home, and the airport; assistance with our luggage from pick up and collection.
Highly recommend and our new chosen chauffeur service. We will be using Dorset c. again for our next holiday in 3 weeks.
