Good service and quick delivery
I ordered 3 beer kits but was contacted to say that 1 was out of stock. I was given the option to have a refund or choose an alternative. I chose the latter and got a refund for the price difference. Good communications and good service from Steen @ Dorset Homebrew

The tin of beer were dented.
Box of wine out of date.
After contacting Dorset Homebrew they offered me 50% off the cost of the beer and wine.
Very pleased with the service offered.

Excellent selection
Very excited to find excellent selection of exactly what I was looking for. Placed an order for delivery next day and nothing turned up. Dorset home brew were reasonably quick to reply to my emails and chased for me. We received parcel following day. Delighted with purchase but it would have been good to have a phone number to contact.
