Good purchase
Good purchase, as ordered and delivered promptly. Unfortunately poorly packed and all cans arrived damaged. Some for immediate use so ok. But some to be used at a later date and concerned they may not store well.

Faulty immersion
Brewers Immersion faulty. The add said checked by our expert brews, if that's the case they wouldn't be working for me. Emailed no reply. So not impressed. Please reply to your emails before sending out rewiew questions.

Hi Richard. I am sorry we have had an issue with our contact form. We did however speak to Julie rge this order on Monday 11th Jan at 1622, which Julie replied to. We have since sent another email (Tuesday 12th Jan at 0835) letting you know we are speaking to the manufacturer about this issue, we have offered you a refund or to await the manufacturers response. We are waiting to hear back if you wanted the refund or if you where happy to wait. Apologies that your first email was sent into our spam folder, we have now updated our contact form to a more sophisticated one with greater spam filters and protection.
Delay, misinformation and missing piece
I ordered a stater kit and extra pieces to get me going making wine. I expected there would be delays as the order was placed 29th Dec, bank holidays etc. However, after waiting until the New Year was well and truly started I received an email stating the order was complete, when in fact I had not received anything from my order. Dorset Homebrew did apologise for the error. However, after checking the order I was missing a piece, I emailed Dorset Home-brew and to date still not had a reply from their customer services, nor received the missing piece! D Beers.

Starter beer kit
As I was purchasing a starter beer kit for my son I found their web site incredibly helpful, with the different steps/equipment needed - unlike any similar web sites.
They were very helpful and my order was dispatched promptly. I, and my son, will certainly use them again!
