Ordered 2 wine kits which were sent off to me right on time ! The only trouble I had was that Dpd delivery service didn’t do there bit ! Which delayed my wine by 5 days ! But got it all in the end👍

Problem free ordering!
Arrived very quickly and they stocked the brand I wanted.
I was nervous about ordering from an independent having had a bad experience from another supplier which ended up in me having to involve the credit card company to get my money back.
I looked at Amazon's prices and Dorset Homebrews rating on Trustpilot, before deciding to place my order with Dorset Homebrew.

Excellent service. Ordered as a birthday gift for my son who is new to home brewing. Website layout explained clearly what you needed to get started. Queried delivery costs as stated two different prices but they got back to me very quickly and amended the website, fortunately it should have been the lower price which was excellent. As stated delivery was basically next day (ordered Saturday early afternoon, arrived mid morning Monday), and kept well up to date. Would definitely use again.

Dorset Homebrew provide really good customer service and are very responsive to emails. I've always been pleased and surprised at how fast my orders turn up. They have a really great range available which always seems to be expanding.

The Nebbiolo wine is great but delivery almost too prompt
The wine is great and the delivery from Dorsethomebrew is almost too prompt.
I placed my order but because I was on holiday I tried to slow down the delivery date by a couple of days. I emailed Dorsethomebrew immediately but too late it had already been despatched. The delivery from DPD gave me the option of changing the delivery address which I did. Thinking all was under control I then received a photo of my wine on my doorstep not at the requested address, so to save my wine I had to phone around to find someone who could take the wine off my door step. You will be pleased to know all ended happily with my Nebbiolo red. This is to take nothing away from Dorsethomebrew, great service.
