Bought two different perfumes ,both perfumes do not smell like they should nor do they last long ,was looking forward to receiving these after reading such glowing reviews,sadly the products didn't live up to the reviews.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never received my items. Asked for a manager on multiple occasions since I felt like I was speaking with either a bot or someone who clearly just copy pastes the same thing without reading anything.

This nightmare has been ongoing for 2!!!!!! Months. Insane!

Dossier is a top notch company

Dossier is a top notch company. I've ordered over 52 bottles and have never had an issue with delivery time or product quality. Recently, I reached out to customer service with a suggestion about bringing back a discontinued fragrance and was met with genuine respect and enthusiasm for my idea. They're simply the best. I appreciate having quality scents without the ridiculous price tags.

Amazing customer service

I have shopped with Dossier for years…

I have shopped with Dossier for years and today I ordered a perfume then realized only after I received my confirmation email that I ordered the wrong perfume! I ordered floral peony but meant to get citrus peony. I sent an email and someone responded immediately. They were able to fix my mistake and correct the order. They were super responsive and helpful! I love this company and the quality of their perfumes and their customer service is awesome.

Incredible products and amazing customer service!

Dossier not only has amazing products, they also have wonderful customer service. I contacted them regarding a replacement I never received over 2 months ago. At first I was told that too much time had passed so they were unable to help me. I expressed my disappointment as I had been assured the replacement would be sent right away. I was contacted again and I was able to give further details. They shipped the replacement the next day! Very prompt, courteous, professional service!

I love the variety, hate the credit.

I love the variety and pricing. I like the option for a monthly membership. But I do not like that your credit is only applied to the base price of the perfume. Tax and shipping is on you no matter how much store credit you have. And I feel like that is just a waste, which led me to canceling my membership.
