i HAD A ISSUE WITH MY ACCOUNT.It was my fault and I was so frustrated. i TRIED THE ROBOTS MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT OPEN. Cristian reached out from customer service and suggested all kinds of stuff. I just had to reach out and share a truly fantastic experience I had recently, which really underscored why I've been such a devoted customer for so many years.

You know how it goes – sometimes, even when you're super careful, a little hiccup can happen. I was beyond excited for my latest perfume order to arrive, and even though I meticulously checked all the details, I somehow managed to input the wrong delivery address! My heart absolutely sank when I realized my mistake after hitting 'purchase'. Total facepalm moment, I tell you.

Naturally, I reached out to your customer service right away, probably in a bit of a fluster. And that's where Robert came in like a true superhero! I placed Order number #4094262 more than 2 weeks ago, and unfortunately, I have not received the product. I also contacted customer support 5 times and have not received any response.

This lack of communication is disappointing. I expected better transparency and service.

I would appreciate an immediate update regarding my order status and a clear resolution - either delivery confirmation with tracking details or a refund.

I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Prompt customer service after I wrote the incorrect phone number

I was excited to placed my first order and I kinda messed up with my phone number (I wrote my old one instead of the new ones) I was so happy to see that I promptly received a reply from them! With that kind of customer service, it tells so much already with how they do business.

I still have not received my order but I know I am gonna get premium scents in a few days. So happy that my friend recommended Dossier!

Great customer service

Great customer service! I had an issue with delivery. An email was sent to Dossier and I got a response right away. Dossier was able to accommodate and replace what was lost that same day.

Fastest response!

I ordered perfume from Dossier and unfortunately my package never arrived after three weeks due to a shipping error. I reached out to customer support, and they responded within five minutes and shipped out a replacement right away. The delay was disappointing, but I was really impressed with how quickly they fixed it!

Misleading website information

I placed an order 7 days before Valentine’s Day and relied on the FAQ section, which stated 1–2 business days processing and 2–3 business days delivery. It is now the end of the third working day, and I emailed twice to check progress, both times being given a much longer timeline of 2–3 days for dispatch and 4–7 days in transit. At this point, I cannot imagine it arriving in time.

This discrepancy between the website and the emails is very misleading for customers relying on the advertised delivery timeframe.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do now, as the MGK collaboration was something my husband was really looking forward to and I had planned as a surprise. I am disappointed and will not purchase from this company again.

Its not worth to expect your order

I have waited for months. They did not even ship out the order. I have reached out to them and tried to be understanding and waited. After two months they cancelled my first order and shipped a replacement, but i had to choose other things, because they did not have some things from my original one. And even with the replacement they did not ship out and i still waited. They decided just to refund after i waited a month for a replacement. Comments are true, where they say you wont receive it just will wait for the unknown. I guess its luck who they will ship it to. The worst part is that it was supposed to be presents. I had to think for those few occasions what to do. Im very disappointed that they do not ship it. Im trying to understand what makes them not ship some of the orders and ship others. To be honest, i am very sad, i was hoping to try them, but it was so annoying to wait for 4 months, when the shipping place is actually in the same continent. 5 days is more than enough to get everything….. i dont know, if the hype is worth the struggle like others said, when you cant even get the parcel.i had my fair share of struggles with online shopping and its the first time i actually need to tell others to not order, which is sad to make this kind of review….
