The package came quick. There was also a handwritten note, which I think is nice. Also a whole pouch of testers since it was the lunar new year. Very happy about the products as well.

I NEVER write reviews (really, this is my first) but they need to be acknowledged! This is honestly the most impressive company I have ever ordered from! The items come (usually very fast) nicely wrapped with a handwritten (!!) note, explaining some samples - of which you get plenty!- and thanking you for your order. If you, like me, continuously order with them these messages get a little more personal, in a very sweet way! I am not sure if it depends on how much you order but the last two times they even included a full sized item they thought I would enjoy! I am really, really impressed with them! Also, their customer service is unbelievably nice, fast and helpful, they really seem to go out of their way to give you a nice experience.
Highly, highly recommend, I will never order my Korean Skincare anywhere else anymore, if only they could get the Dear Klairs Vitamin C serum back in stock!

The whole experience of shopping on the website was extremely pleasant and when the package arrived, which was very quickly, I was the most impressed by a handwritten note, even though I purchased products on Black Friday.
