I have repeatedly emailed DBT about a missing order that should have been delivered before they closed up shop! I am now considering my next steps as I am currently over £100 out of pocket and they aren't replying to me at all. DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTING!

ABSOLUTE THIEVES - SHUT WEBSITE DOWN AND IGNORED CONTANT.

Ordered a US import vinyl through Double Boxed Toys. While my order was in transit, an employee named Lyla sent me regular updates about the status of my shipment. Once the package was in the UK and ready to be delivered to me, another employee named Josh emailed me saying how he’d been the one taking care of my order and asking for a trustpilot review praising him. Well, Josh, it’s been two weeks since I received my record in damaged condition and emailed you about it, providing evidence of the damage. I haven’t heard anything back from Double Boxed in two weeks (I sent a follow up email last week, didn’t help), so I’ve given up on trying to get any kind of compensation from them or at least an acknowledgement of my report. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything through Double Boxed Toys in the future.

Josh was kind and helpful via email. The item arrived in good time considering it needed to be shipped in and was packaged well. Definitely recommend!!

Kept up to date on my delivery, item was difficult to get anywhere else and was exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Josh for making sure it arrived promptly and giving great customer care.

Great service and Josh kept me updated on every step of the delivery. My item also came 2 weeks earlier than the estimated delivery. Would recommend and will keep looking here for my collection

My first order was for a rarer loungefly bag for the wife. The communication from the team was excellent. Letting me know when it had been shipped and when it was being sent out. item well packaged. Will use again in future.

Absolutely amazing been waiting for my loungefly bag to arrive and Josh saved the day and emailed me saying he had put my order at the front of the shipping and upgraded my delivery this was yesterday and the bag arrived today thank you 🙏🏼

Waiting a month for a birthday present. To find out that they’ve cancelled the item. For 1 of 4 reasons. Then notice half the stock is now out of stock or missing from their site. Would not use again at all!!

I found double box toys by accident as I was searching for a particular item .
I read the reviews and was not sure as the negative feedback was putting me off, but after a lot of consideration I decided to place an order ,and I’m so pleased I did after ordering I was told that it could take up to 21 days as they had to try get this item and I was happy to wait that amount of time after a few weeks I got an email saying that they have my item and will dispatch straight away and the follow day 19.3.2024 my item arrived, this was before the 21 days and I’m so happy with it and Im so pleased I didn’t listen to the negative feedback from people.
All I can say about double boxed toys is they are FANTASTIC….TRUE TO THERE WORD…they have BRILLIANT COMMUNICATION….but most of all
I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO JOSH for dealing with this from start to finish .i would highly recommend ordering from them as they are AMAZING…..5 STARS 🌟

Love the bag, arrived really quickly and Josh was excellent with his customer service and made sure that it was sent to me promptly and kept me informed of the progress. Love the products on this website and will continue to order from here as their customer service is excellent, along with all the products.
