I heard positive things about Doubleboxed Toys so after regretting not picking up a special edition Loungefly I purchased through them. Josh dealt with my order, advising of an expected delivery date but he absolutely excelled! I was expecting bag in 3 ish weeks, but he managed to get it to me in a little over a week. Excellent service, excellent communication and definitely recommend them.

From the get go the costumer service is on point. When i placed a preorder i received the following day an email from costumer service that they are working hard to complete my order. Just now received an email from Josh saying they received said shipping and are now preparing my order to be shipped out (which was earlier than i have expected). For me communication with your costumer is EVERYTHING! A costumer is never just a number but a person behind it with real feelings. Had my feelings crushed previously by another wellknown UK company, horrible communication and zero accountability. From the beginning i never felt like just a number. Plus they have a reward system, what more can i ask for? I found my forever loungefly supplier. Keep up the good work Josh!

This is an absolute scam.

You don’t ’buy’ a product you give them money and then they try to get whatever it is you want. They mark the prices up and then go radio silent for a month while they ‘buy’ the item. Oh and every support email is automated.

Then they just cancel it after a month and say it’s for one of 4 reasons, sorry.

Only good thing was how fast I got my money back. Will never use again.
