Highly Recommend
I ordered some cookies & brownies for my husband and accidently put the wrong date for delivery, I did not realise this until the date I was expecting them. To cut a long story short customer services were great and helped with a solution.
Treats were received and my husband is very happy describing them as next level.

Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy, products were well packed and individually wrapped. Looked amazing when out of packet. Our son loved them, but hubby and I found them too much, you could easy break down into 3 portions per slice. Quality was very good just too big a sugar hit for us, personal choice.

Cookie pies are truely scrumptious!
I am a regular purchaser of the cookie pies. All the flavours I have tried are yummy and I love the pies heated up slightly with ice cream. I can eat a whole one on my own, but perfect for sharing! Ultimate indulgence and my go to treat. Highly recommend.

Great bakes slow delivery.
The website was very easy to navigate. I chose a box of 6 cookie pie flavours and although a lot of them were already sold out I was able to find enough suitable flavours as a gift. I ordered the box to be delivered 8 days before the required date but unfortunately they arrived 2 days later. I thought the price was very reasonable and the bakes were delicious!

Bad system for delivery. No point choosing a date. Cannot buy for a special occasion as you won't get a delivery when you need it.

Lovely Gift Idea
Dough Girl makes such a lovely and different gift for someone. It’s a really nice idea when you’re looking for something a little more special than the usual presents, and it’s great for birthdays, Christmas or just as a surprise to let someone know you’re thinking of them.

Ordered on the 8/8/26 which was 10 days…
Ordered on the 8/8/26 which was 10 days in advance as i needed for the 18/8/26 for my daughters birthday. Never arrived 16 emails back and forth later. They refunded the money and said the cakes were returning to them. What they should of done is refunded the money and let the cakes be delivered as a goodwill gesture as they ruined the birthday day. Which actually tells me your company does not care at all about their customers. Also comments on social media also say how their orders never turned up for special occasions.
After the first few emails you should of delivered my cakes free of charge as a good will gesture but no it took 16 emails then just refunded me you really couldn't care less how my daughter felt with no delivery for her birthday. My point is you should of made that judgement call yourself

Dry and all the same. Bought 6 different brownies but they were all the same just the toppings are changed. Same for the cookies.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback, it is a shame you feel our brownies were dry as we do not provide edge pieces and the vast majority of feedback is that they are very moist.
We are unsure how brownies with different toppings & some indeed have fillings and inclusions in too taste the same however we do use the same brownie recipe for each so this maybe where you tasted the brownie as all the same. We would not use a different base brownie recipe for each flavour as that would no work. Our cookies are all varying in flavour & toppings however our base cookie dough is all made from scratch using the same recipe so yes if you got all the same dough base flavours the dough would taste the same which is in fact a good thing as it means our dough is being consistently made.
