They tasted great but they were all damaged in the box.

Made a right mess of my order, paid with my bosses card instead of mine. Phoned the next morning and explained to a lovely lady what a twit I'd been. She was so understanding, cancelled the order, refunded the payment and told me to reorder correctly. I did, and was it worth it? OMG! Yes it was. Never tasted anything like it, so delicious. My granddaughters agreed. Yes, I did share, begrudgingly.
They have put them on their birthday and Christmas lists 😂.

I received my order this morning and I am blown away by the quality! I immediately served up a slice (cookie dough cake with crunchie) to my husband who responded with "The best thing I've ever tasted!" We can't wait to treat the family tomorrow!

Arrived very quickly and incredibly well packaged

We decided on the set where you get to choose your slices as this was an alternative to a standard birthday cake and we weren't disappointed

A lot of eating in one slice and filled to the max with it's respective filling

Amazing, delicious. I’ve bought before and this time was an office treat. Creme egg cookie pie is the absolute favourite.

It was a really poor experience for me as I ordered a cake for my wedding anniversary and it never got delivered. I got a message saying it had been shipped but the tracking info didn't work. It was really disappointing to say to my wife and kids that our special cake is not coming. When I chased it I told it hadn't been picked up by the courier and so delivery will be another couple of days so I cancelled my order.

I first discovered Dough Girl last year when a friend sent me a birthday box, I was in heaven when opening the box and seeing the huge slices and cookies. So for my friends birthday this month, I sent her a box too. The products are excellent, over indulgent (hell yeah!) and delivered on time. Thank you Dough Girl 😊

My first experience with dough girl and unfortunately not a very good one. Delivery was expected on Saturday so we could take with us as were going away. We waited until Monday and delayed our trip. Tracking number provided was useless and invalid. Eventually we left late for our trip and the delivery arrived on Tuesday. We were not home. We were unable to taste the goods despite having paid almost £35. Preferred dates should not be an option if you are unable to deliver on selected dates. I will not be using dough girl again.

Every bake is so so good every time never fails.
We have ordered a few times now and every time they have been delishis.
Honestly so good I now order when I have family coming over so they can have some aswell even thou I never want to share

Timing of this couldn’t be perfect. My items arrived damaged, ironically I also ordered a wonky box and they came in better condition than the ones I paid full price for.

After emailing them photos the first response was ‘have a free slice for future orders’ which is absolutely laughable if they think I’m ordering again.

They have now come back and offered 50% refund on the affected items which I’ve accepted.

Very poor customer service, won’t be ordering again.

To add, customer service hasn’t provided a full solution, they have offered a discount but despite a number of emails asking, they cannot confirm how much will be refunded. Apparently the customer service team doesn’t know, only the refunds team no. What sort of shambolic organisation are you running here?

Wow! This is by far the best company I’ve come across so far. I’m not even upset by the amount of lb’s I’ve put on eating these cookies 🙄😂
I highly recommend you give them a try. We’ve been warming the slices up and serving with ice cream as a pudding- I suggest you hide anything with Biscoff in though as they’re not for sharing, they’re pure gold, designed for your hips and your hips only 🤣
