Lovely bag
Lovely bag, beautifully made and good quality look and design. A little pricey but hopefully worth it as seems quite sturdy so far. Will be purchasing in another colour too!

Non-existent customer service
Bag arrived stained. Customer service doesn't respond to their emails so I'm left with no way of getting a refund or replacement.
Edit: A week later, I still haven't received a reply. It appears they ignore emails regarding complaints, but reply to other enquiries.

Great product, very nice and quick customer support!
Delivery with logistic partner Hermes very unsatisfying (Tracking announced delivery at one time, but it was in fact 2 days later)

I love this and if i could i would rate it infinity stars!!!!!!!
The quality of the bag i got was so good and it was such good value for the quality and materials.
It helps a lot with posture and all of the pockets are great and it really cushions to your back and projects the things inside and the computer holder is so well cushioned! I love this and if i could i would rate it infinity stars!!!!!!!
