Can’t get a refund for my order which was terrible material, cheap and nasty bit of rag

Product (dry wipe multiplier) received and is of exceptionally poor quality, does not stick to wall and is not as advertised. Tried seeking refund/return but was offered £3 and advised that the shipping return was too much and I should just accept the £3! Also overcharged for product.

Tracking says deliverd but my order never arrived. I get automated replies when i send emails to enquire. Definitely seems like a SCAM. Avoid

Ordered two glitter lipsticks that took 6 weeks to arrive, cheap rubbish that i wouldn't have paid 50p for, save your money

Ridiculous. Receiving emails from them about my order ending up in the US despite having a UK shipping address, followed by an email with tracking number saying my order is in China! I think they messed up the tracking orders. Finally received yet weeks later

Do not buy, my order took a month to arrive. I ordered dress which is nothing like the advert. It is cheap and badly made. They are refusing a refund despite the advert stating free returns. Now saying it has to returned to China and would cost too much.

Dress nothing like picture or video on the website. Cheap crap. Cheap material, badly cut.

Terrible company, waited months for a delivery only to be told by them that my post office had refused the parcel. I was offered a refund minus cost which were apparently over 50% of the total cost, or they would send a replacement but I would have to pay to cover their cost and losses! I have asked many times for documentation proving my post office refused the parcel, obviously this hasn’t happened. I do believe they are scammers. Why should I pay for something I haven’t received? They don’t seem to understand that concept or concept of statutory rights

Please do not buy anything from these scammers. I ordered lipsticks from the ad on Instagram for £13 each. They came damaged, smells disgusting and not shiny as promised. The container is so cheap that they could be worth maximum £2. By contacting them, they offered me only £4 of refund instead of £26 I paid to them. They’re not sending return label for me to be able to return the items.
Please do not buy from them anything.

Bought ath fidget spinners for my 6yo to practice maths. These took a while to arrive but where mechanically sound and spin well with interesting cogs. Unfortunately about half of them had opposing arrows which didn't point in exactly the same direction. This meant that when looking at the sum on one side the arrow on the other side, which was supposed to point to the solution, actual pointed to the number beside or between two numbers. I contacted the company and they first offered a small token amount. When I asked for half my money back because half of the product was non functional they offered 25%. So instead of refunding a defective product they haggled over refunding half of what I am out of pocket after buying from them. Very disappointing.

Scammers. Product is coming from America not UK despite claiming to be a UK company. No movement on shipping when tracked . No answer to email enquiries. Fuming 😡

Avoid these scammers my purchase came from China although no mention on website.
They charged me £1.50 for insurance and a further £6.00 for tax which came to £43.09 you can get the same product for £14.99 from Amazon. I contacted them within 30 minutes of the purchase to ask for cancellation explaining why yet they ignored it and still sent the item. Item arrived 2 weeks later poorly packed. PayPal are really not helpful. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered something for Christmas, arrived over a month late, wouldn’t refund money, had to open a case with Paypal to get a refund. Awful unethical company. Save your money and your time!

Very frustrating experience. Used them once before and goods arrived ok and were of good quality. Placed a larger order that never arrived. I think the intent was good as I received a postage slip and tracking but the packaging was so poor there was no package attached to it by the time it reached me. Their customer support now totally failing to take responsibility and fulfil their obligations - instead trying to fob me off with derisory refunds of <10% of order value. I will pursue all avenues available to me but for this reason have no choice other than to given one star review and advise all potential customers to avoid this retailer.

Took a month to arrive from wherever to the UK and a cheap and truly nasty poor copy of what was advertised. Currently dealing with them via a Paypal claim. Quite obvious looking from the other comment here and the positive comment equally as telling that this is clearly a scam. Interesting that VAT is charged and they do use a UK address to forward their goods so although I'm sure Paypal will cover the cost of the return that they are demanded and will cover my refund even if this dodgy outfit don't - I'll certainly do some digging as that may prove helpful to all if the UK side of the operation is tackled.

Saw there ad on social media, immediately searched their trustpilot reviews and found only fake reviews from the US and all customers from the UK leaving negative reviews. Trustpilot need to deal with companies like this and so do social media platforms

Absolute scammers , bought a product which came and was faulty , so instead of a refund I got offered less than a quarter of the cost in credit , after obviously saying no , they up the credit , and again , they are company of con artists and shall sharing my review and others on all social media .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

A complete scam, the order did not arrive and when I contacted them with the tracking number they advised I was forwarded to another website where they wanted money to find the package. An absolute scam, do not order
