Been trying to upload documents since Monday 2 Dec. Kept getting message saying driving licence wasn't clear - NEVER had this problem before - so I e mailed it to them along with bank card & proof of address. Asked twice after that to provide driving licence, which I did. Still waiting. There is NO live chat, despite what it says on their site. It's an automated message & it takes ages to get a response. There is no way to contact anyone. Honestly beginning to think they have no intention of ever paying out my winnings.

Yea similar experience to others, deposit with bonus and then win big but can’t get money back. Even when you get documents accepted you get charged £2.50 for withdrawal. Would not use again, try dream vegas much better all round.

Reasonable casino with fair selection of games / providers. No issues or problems with withdrawals or verification unfortunately though they are some bad points.
You get charged for withdrawals- £2.50 which isn’t a lot but seems unnecessary especially as withdrawals can still take a couple of days, if it was instant could probably forgive.
You can’t have more than 1 withdrawal pending or in process - this I really don’t like as could encourage people to spend more than they planned should they get a 2nd win or something.
Address these 2 issues and it would be 4* as a decent and trustworthy casino.

Absolute fraud of a casino. Deposited £200 went to play roulette and was only able to spin a £5 table bet maximum, so decided casino was not for me. Never spent a penny on the site now they’re refusing to give me my withdrawl saying I need to verify but the site isn’t accepting my form of ID which is a legitimate provisional driving license. When a I complained via email they have now imposed a self exclusion on my account therefor I can’t verify my account. I have contacted the ukgc as by law any self exclusion the funds remaining should be credit back to the customer. My lawyer is also being contacted as to where I stand with getting the police involved as this is theft.
