prompt delivery, but they continue to send spam emails via a third party and can't be contacted about it because the webpage "contact" doesn't exist. red flag.

I can honestly say that this company has provided the best customer service care that I have ever experienced. My order of Annie Sloane paint was posted out on the same day I ordered it (this shows on tracking) but seemed to get lost by royal mail along the way, the company made numerous phone calls to me and offered to post another that day if I was waiting on it, I wasn't desperate so let it play out for a few more days. The company sent a new pot of paint out for me and popped a little personalised gift in there too, along with a hand written note apologising and wishing me happy painting! What a fabulous company! Shout out to Vicky! Thank you!

I have ordered a few products from Dovetails vintage recently. The Annie Sloan chalk paint is absolutely brilliant! To an absolute novice like me up-cycling an old pine table and chairs was nerve racking but an absolute breeze with this paint. Even better that the service Dovetails vintage provided me was excellent and in my opinion second to none !! I ran out of paint, reordered that afternoon it arrived the next morning with a lovely personal message on the box for any further advice and tips. I am thrilled with my finished my project. Thankyou so much!!!… i will definitely order again and thoroughly recommend.

I recently ordered 2 tins of Annie Sloan from Dovetails vintage and was very impressed by the service and the prompt arrival. A 5 star service from this company that I highly recommend.

I NEVER leave reviews but as Dovetails went above & beyond, I felt I must! Great price for Annie Sloane paints, they allowed me to amend my order (I did call them within 1 hour of the order being placed on the website). Next day delivery (free!), personalised messages inside the box, a free gift and a colour card. Will use them again and 100% recommend!

Can’t believe how quick the postage was on this! Ordered at 4:30 and received it the next next morning. I called the shop as had a couple of queries and they couldn’t have been more helpful!

Ordered some paint in the morning and the next day it had arrived without asking for next day delivery, packaged beautifully and the box even had a little handwritten message, happy painting laura. All colours were in stock too. Will use all the time for my paint and waxes now.
