Very prompt response to my order. Had a really good night's sleep sinking into my new feather pillow after too many pressure points from other pillows. I dread to think how much I have spent before reverting to a feather pillow that was the norm as a child. My husband was allergic to the feathers so it was good to read the goose feathers in these pillows have been treated and he had a good night too.
