WILL DOWNIES SEND MY COINS? THAT IS THE QUESTION
Not impressed at all. I would have gone to the post office if i knew they were not going to send the coins i bought. Its been 3 weeks no sign of my coins, they will not answer your questions just give you deflective answers. What is going on I thought they were Perth Mint Approved Dealers???? Will not buy from them again. They also tried to scam me by sending another invoice to pay for the same coins, I had already paid, I sent a bank statement to prove it and they stated it was just if i wanted to reorder. NO IT WAS NOT it was another request to pay. After reading the other comments i am wondering if i am going to get the coins!

Have never had issues until recently…
Have never had issues until recently when I placed an order late in December. When nothing arrived mid January was told it would be available by end of month. One week into Feb and been told the coin is still being made.
I don't normally complain but this is worrying me considering I rarely buy these things being on a pension.

8 weeks on and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive, have sent them numerous phone-calls and emails and their excuse is one of the items I ordered was out of stock and they were waiting to get more from their supplier, yet the item was never flagged as out of stock on their website! Only getting excuses from them, there is no followup on their part to provide me my order, I have to keep calling them for an update. I'm never buying from these ratbags again, their customer service is non-existent! and their items are overpriced

Non existent customer service with verty expensive shipping and overpriced products. Took them days to reply to my emails and reaching them via phone was a task. I would not trust them with your auction items.
