I used this firm to handle a class action vehicle service issue on my behalf. They have been unprofessional and never return calls when promised. They recently informed me they needed my signature for agreement. Only to find out they are taking 70 % of small size award and would forward me 30%. After several months I cannot get a status and I always get asked “where did we leave our last communication”. I am very disturbed by the lack of appropriate handling of my case. Please do your due diligence. In my estimation, their performance does not measure up to their “tag line”.
