Very easy transaction and delivery was quick too, product was well packaged. My only gripe is you are limited to what you can buy as compared to the actual site.

Absolutely brilliant! I was informed of every step of the process - from ordering to receipt. I knew what was happening at all times. Opening the package, there was an extra little something - a packet of sweets! A brilliant little touch. I got everything I wanted and more! Will definitely be using them again!

Avoid this company like the plague,
I recently purchased a sergio tacchini tracksuit top from here, pictured and advertised as brand new and was a couple of quid cheaper than other shops, paid by card, was sent tracking number, waited around 10 days no delivery 14 days no delivery, managed to get my money back, then about 3 week after purchase found a parcel under the hedge in back garden, opened it & there it was my teacksuit top, 2nd hand tracksuit top, yes 2nd hand,, looked like someone gad been wearing it for approx 2-3 tear, faded & frayed piping down stripes, went straight in the bin where it probably cdme from in 1st place

First time using the site and will definitely do so again! Not only did I find what I wanted cheaper than anywhere else but better than anywhere else! My six year old daughter was made up with her gold tap shoes!

Great service as always from DownYourHighStreet, I use them regularly and love the products that are available and supporting small businesses!

Order not dispatched after 10 days. Messaged supplier but no response. Emailed DYHS - had initial reply to say they would investigate but no update since. Sent another 3 emails, none of which have been replied to. No phone or DM option, so no other way of getting an update. Order status now says order has been refunded, but not received any communication about this. Will have to wait to see if refund is received by bank. Will not use again. Appalling service.
