Had great experience, I was kept informed of every move my parcel went through and recieved it with in a week

I ordered two tops, quite expensive, and as they were marked as having been dispatched and hadn’t arrived after a few days I contacted the seller directly. A very nice lady found the items in her records, and said to give it one or two more days as they had gone out. In fact they arrived an hour later! So when it works, it works, and am very happy with my two new tops.

Avoid this company, they give you an order tracking number for Hermes and it is a fake number and a link to their own website. All the excellent reviews appear to be very vague and not actually written like a real review. It’s strange that 1 in 5 reviews are highly negative. I wish I had checked here before spending money on this site. Very poor. 7 days after ordering no nearer to receiving the product.

Excellent transaction, parcel arrived very quickly and was securely contained and double boxed.

Managed to find a top which was out of stock in my size on other websites, it was also cheaper so ordered it from Down Your High Street & it arrived within 3 days with no delivery charge. A brilliant service, all the better if it’s supporting our local shops.

Arrived quick beautiful product but no communication. No dispatch email had to send email to inquire if they had been dispatched.

So pleased I discovered DownYourHighStreet, I ordered an item from a small boutique which arrived very fast. The item was carefully packaged and I was kept up to date on my order's progress with good communication from the seller, overall a positive online shopping experience - would definitely recommend!

I was looking to buy online from high street businesses, and bought from three different boutiques around the country. All items were supplied promptly, and the prices were as good as Amazon. Great service, will use again ❤️

The product (bracelet) I received looked like it was second hand therefore I wanted to return yet had to pay for p&p both ways even though the product was scratched/rusty. Wouldn’t use this site again. Very disappointing.
