More emails sent and no reply since last review.
DONT USE THEM BLOODY USELESS

Its a scam company that needs closing down thae last order i placed took a month to arrive after them blaming royal mail this current order still not arrived yet got an email saying order complete and they are ignoring my emails needs clising causing public distress

I ordered some HHC crumble on sale and it arrived 75% overweight, I just took one star off due to the seemingly slow dispatch, it took two days to process and another two days to arrive. This timescale was the same with the previous order a week before. I've just ordered again and I'm remaining patient despite the bad reviews on here. My own experience has been okay. The product is worth the sale price.

ordered a bit over a week ago, never received more than an order confirmation, emailed and used the chat on their site to ask about tracking information to no response, dont bother wasting your money on this site

Literally the worst company i have ever ordered from! where is my god damn order you scamming s*n of a B**ches! full refund or im taking your company to someone higher that will get my money back all you have done is caused an absolute headache!

Do not use this company they are clearly a scam! Ordered some CBD flower on 11/06/25, 10 days later I am still waiting and my order is apparently still 'in process' which it has been for 8 days. Go and use CDB flower shop or High & Supply, both shops have excellent rating and for good reason, this lot at DozeCBD are a shower of shite

I ordered my products on the 8th June almost 2 weeks later no products, no response via email or chat, no updates. very disappointing asked my bank to claim my money back as it seems to have been paid to some company in France gone to hemphash instead already on its way DPD tracked delivery

I ordered mine on the 13th and still haven’t received my order can’t get my money back and they won’t reply to my emails never use this site agen

Iv sent 3 emails asking after my £45 order and heard nothing. I will amend my review when I either get my order or my money back.

First time using DozeCBD , I ordered some HHC flower and received an automated email to say - Just to let you know — we've received your order #50444(June 10, 2025) and it is now being processed.

9 days later , several emails sent with order info requesting some form of further information regarding delivery or any form of update and all I have received is utter silence from the company, I even went on their Facebook page and have sent further messages to try and gain some insight into my order or when will I receive shipping / delivery information to again be left with nothing but silence and unanswered questions.

This has to be the poorest level of customer service I have ever seen in my life , deeply disappointed and regretful for using the site and I now wonder have I been completely scammed out of my hard earned money . I have also now advised my friends on the matter and asked them to stay clear of DozeCBD for the fear of others having the same crappy level of service.

This needs to be addressed ASAP , I have paid and not received anything in return other than pure frustration from the utter crap customer service and silence from the company.

This will be the first and last time I ever use DozeCBD unless the can manage to pull there finger out of their backside and DO BETTER.

I expect to have some form of communication within the next week with either an update and an express delivery to make up for this very poor service and silence or a full refund back into my bank account.

Terrible company that ignore emails I have had stuff previously with no issues. But I have ordered twice and received nothing emailed them no reply. They are definitely part of tealer lab and they are also scamming cu@#s. Proper crooks Moonbarguy are much better never have any issues and always next day delivery

Ordered a week ago on 11th june and heard nothing since sent 4 emails over 4 days still nothing now contacting virgin money to try and get my money back plz plz plz avoid at all costs easily the worst site i ve ever had the misfortune to use total scam order number #50602 and anyone looking to go elsewhere also avoid tealer lab uk the same snake with a different head update received today 9th of july 1 month after ordering was given a lot more than i paid for but wont use again far to stressful

Slower delivery than other company’s out there. Vapes were not the same as pictured on the website. And both flavourless. If you ignore the burnt metallic twang after a couple puffs. Tho at that price 🤷

Didn’t send me my full order. When I complained and they thought they were right they got back to me straight away, but when it was clear I was right they just ignored me and I’ve not received my order. Stay away, absolute crooks. Endless sale and I don’t think they even have the stock they say they have. I should have read the latest review. Never again will I use these con artists

I used to use them and to be honest I didn't remember why I stopped using them. Now I know!!!
Ordered on Monday (09/06/25), early morning, and it's Saturday the 15th. I have received no tracking number, have emailed twice and gotten no reply and, today, I have also sent a message on Facebook.
I'll just continue going with Flowershop CBD (which is what I usually use but they didn't have the herb I wanted) as they always ship the next day after ordering and the delivery is always fast.
At this point I just want to cancel my order and get my money back.

Ordered HHC over 2 weeks ago and Royal mail have yet to receive it. Told they were contacting the shipping departmnent a week ago but have heard nothing back despite repeated emails. Order no. 47538

I have placed a order a few days ago, not had any updated to my order or any tracking number can not login to account either.. reading reviews online about this being a fake company.

Wrong products received. Contacted them via email and the only replies I've received are saying they're contacting the shipping team to see what's going on. It's now over a week since I received the items, and I'm yet to have any decent reply/ resolution, despite chasing regularly.

Update- no email! After reading the reviews, I allowed extra time to receive my items; however, I am 2 weeks in and have received no product, and they have not even given it to Royal Mail. To make it worse they won't respond to my emails, and I have asked for a refund twice. Please do not buy through this supplier, there are better ones out there!
