Put an order in nearly two weeks ago, I had to contact them twice to get my tracking which states they have only just sent it, I can't state anything about their products as I haven't sampled, but customer service is terrible, I won't be using them again, I recommend moon bar guy, and now I got this Simon guy replying on here but not answering e mails, they are scammers

Ordered here years ago and everything was all good. Ordered again and checked the reviews and started to regret my choice - thinking it won’t turn up.

I got the Isolator NANO9 Hash, wasn't hard texture like advertised, was more of a kief consistency, but the effects were still spot on, I would of given 5 stars if the delivery wasn't so slow, but overall I'm happy with my purchase. :D

I made an order on monday at 7:00am. Since then i have had no dispatch email, no confirmation that they are actually sending my package either. I have tried countless times to email, however they just get ignored.

Ordered some Hhc bud and some nano9 hash, turned up on 420 after 7 days and they gave me double the hash and extra bud, was decent hash the bud was okay but just ordered some lemonade and monk rocks so hopefully they are nice.

After waiting two weeks for my order I was shocked at the terrible quality products i received. The three strains of HHC flowers looked zero like the online photos.
Premium orange, lemonade popcorn and mini popcorn buds. Only the lemonade had a good smell. None felt like HHC when smoked The Runtz hash looks zero like the photo and don’t smell like Hhc either and the Isolator hash which is meant to be 70% hhc smells and tastes nothing like hhc. All five products had no high after being smoked. Everything was binned as it’s all rubbish. Complete waste of money. Their customer service is terrible. You will wait weeks for tracking and if you’re lucky to get your products they arrive in rubbish packaging, squashed inside. Please try others like Moonbarguy or Mello. Don’t be fooled by dozes sales. They are clearly having problems selling their rubbish products. If you want to get high don’t waste your money with dozy Doze

They used to be great and very prompt but now they are clearly trying to scam as many as they can. They are saying there’s loads of ‘sales’ on all their products to encourage you to buy, but you will not receive your product. They will just start ignoring you when you ask any question regarding your order. Their support says that after 15 days you can say your package has gone missing and to contact their support email… but they will not reply although they’ll happily update their Instagram stories. DO NOT USE DOZECBD. There are plenty of other reliable websites.

This company is a scam do not buy from them they will take your money and not send the goods.

I have just finished and thoroughly enjoying a pre rolled amnesia hhc joint. That has to be hands down not just the best hhc but best joint I’ve had in a very long time. I have used gummy’s and vapes in the past and long before that weed. The hhc flower has been the best experience for me you have a customer for life. Keep up the good work

I ordered one of their products on Monday evening . Arrived this morning . Very happy with the product

Doze advised they dispatched my order on Friday 3rd. As of Tuesday 7th Royal mail have not received my order.
Doze are happy and quick to take my money but their after care is non existent. Will never use again!

First 2 orders went well and arrived within 3 days. My 3rd order was placed 15 days ago and still hasn't arrived. Contacted support and had plenty of apologies and promises, even a pretend dispatch confirmation. Use Moonbarguy instead, NEVER had an issue with other sites.

Received completely the wrong items but customer service sorted it (eventually) and sent some complementary stuff for the trouble. Product is excellent.

Ordered in December just before they went offline, didn’t receive any products. They won’t respond to emails so I’m £140 out of pocket. Do not use this company.

Don’t go anywhere near this company !!!!I actually don’t even want to give 1 star but you have to, too write a review. Second order I’ve had to chase up. No reply to my e-mails. Now taking them to small claims court. I don’t care how small the amount is. It’s the principle. I want my money back. £50 is a lot of money these days !!!
