They're a hit and miss, I used to use them when I was younger and did really have a plug but most of the stuff I got was bad but the other half was pretty decent, the hhc edibles had to be laced because they were like a salvia trip which makes me question what is in them but you're better off finding a guy to buy off or going to plugpire.

Made an order weeks ago, has not been delivered, no shipping confirmation and won't answer the many emails I have sent, disappointed and out of pocket.

Been waiting 11 days for my order, still hasnt arrived and got an email saying they are out of stock on what i ordered almost 2 weeks ago! I have been charged and have nothing to show for it

I placed an order more than one week ago. The payment went through and I have been charged.
I am still waiting for my order to get delivered. I,ve been sending quiet a lot of emails but no response.
I have no tracking number provided so i cant track my order even though it says completed.
I have no reply to emails,phone number unavailable. Definitely Scam.

Been waiting now since December hard to get emails back and just keep asking on address and when asked if could change to HHC. Had no reply ideas to be sorted soon would give a better score Luke

I appreciate the site was undergoing a rebuild but I have been waiting on my order since the 23rd of January. I have sent numerous emails without reply.
I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed with the poor level of service and communication.

Made an order days ago I’ve read that others got there’s with in 2 days but it’s been 4 days and they haven’t responded I’ve paid a decent amount so if they have shipping issues they should say so people can get a refund.

Agreed with last comment. I ordered a couple of days ago and they always complete order on day of purchase. Something's not right 🤷

right made a order over a week ago, after getting a new e-mail from them saying they were back, ordered a 2ml cart and got it today, also got a bonus one for free (thank you dozecbd) said in the e-mail anybody with a missing order to contact them with details, lastly the nano 9 is nice.
edit: for people waiting it took 6 days and i never got a dispatched e-mail

Awaiting order made two days ago and there is no way of getting hold of the company. Normally they are quite good but I'm finding this frustrating

Unfortunately think this company has gone under. Order really good stuff from them in 2024. But now website on phone number down. Shame as they did good stuff with great service.

AVOID! They are useless when it comes to delivery, take your money then they don’t take any responsibility for there deliveries they will not refund or help in any way for delayed or lost items. There customer service also take 24/48 hours to reply to emails they are not interested in your complaint. Do Not Use Them

Terrible quality - Scam

Used to be good with very fast delivery. Definitely changed owners as my last two orders i had to pay via odd website and in euro, on my bank statement classified as hardware store! Second order never delivered. Sent them numerous emails, no reply.
