Still waiting on my order that was ordered at least two weeks ago. Can’t track it. Response minimal and u helpful. Was sent a tracking link that doesn’t load. Don’t believe I’ll ever see the product! Effectively been robbed

Products advertised are not what you receive, i sent mine back unopened for a refund like they told me to, that was on the 28th of August I'm still waiting on my refund they just keep saying the finance team are on it. I'm now disputing this for fraud with my bank. Stay well away from this Brand/company

Ordered 14g of the thunderF@*# which, yes it is a cheap product, however regardless of price if something is ruined then in my opinion it's not worth a penny. When I received it the whole lot was completely brown very little green colour at all. Hardly had a smell or taste. The picture on the website was completely different to what I got. Emailed them 1 week ago and got no reply definitely will not be back

IT SEEMS PREMEDITATED TOO BECAUSE 2 - MONTHS AGO THEY CHANGED THE WAY THAT THEY PROCESS PAYMENTS THROUGH A NAME CALLED SAN JERYCAN. DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST. KARMA IS COMING YOUR WAY.

I have ordered from Doze around seven times now, great quality products! I used to buy from CBD flower shop, but after years of on and off dry, tasteless, old product I cut them off! I am 100% happy that I did because I am now purchasing HHC products from Doze which are life changing, I look forward to my evenings now. They are relaxing, I get great, positive insight and new ideas, I also sleep very well. Moon rocks, mini popcorn flowers(when they are in stock) and hash is all good. HHC flowers are fantastic but they are very pricey!

My only gripe is that sometimes the website shows discounts, but when you go to process the order, the process reduction disappears. Not sure why that happens but it's not great.

I also love supporting a local business, you're killing it Manchester 😄much better than the stuff from down south.

Ordered on 6th said tale 2 to 3 days it's the 16th now and still nothing.. ohh and I have go through royal mail myself to try figure it out.. pure scammers

Requested a refund in March. Was told I would recieve a refund, never came. Chased this up via email several times, was told that the finance department would sort. Was never refunded. A shame- Doze used to be excellent.

Product that arrived was nothing like advertised. Ordered CBD concentrate (shown as wax in a glass jar) to have a bag of pink powder turn up. Completely unacceptable.

So my order turned up quickly BUT the pics on the website are not the same as the bud you actually get. On the site looked light green and purple with frost. It turned up brown and nasty. This hhc flower is dog poop don't buy it. Sprayed synthetic crap that makes you feel poorly. The cbd stuff is probably ok but i havent tried it so i dont know for sure. customer service is on point which saved you from a one star. Don't stock anymore of this hhc it will make people poorly and you'll have a lawsuit on your hands. I bought a q and it's all gone in the bin.
