I was expecting a parcel from ninja DPD gave me a time slot I did not see or hear the driver come to my door then had message to say sorry they missed me now parcel at local post office I got in touch with DPD told them I could not collect they said they would redeliver today but it is still at post office so they will find out why so I have rang ninja they said to ring DPD book a slot as it was still being delivered I said no still at post office so I asked for refund which they agreed but I will have to wait 24-48hrs so I won’t hold my breath

Stay away!! The worst service ever!!

This the worst courier you can ever find. I contacted them 20 days in advance to arrange everything as I was in Peraeus just for a day. They promised me that everything is going to be fine and they'll send my parcel. The courier didn't come. Just didn't show up. He said that he'll come tomorrow, even though I told him and the office that I'm in the city for one day. This is why I contacted them so far in advance.. to avoid this situation. Nothing helped. Horrible! Shame on you!!!

A joke of a service

A joke of a service – avoid DPD!

I paid an absurd amount for next-day delivery because I needed to travel and was counting on having the item on time. What happened? The parcel was held at the depot for no reason, and delivery was pushed to the next day – exactly what I couldn’t afford.

I contacted customer service and it was completely useless. No solution, no explanation, no accountability. Just canned responses and empty promises.

Terrible experience. Garbage service. If you need efficiency or customer care, stay far away from DPD.

Package arriving in Greece stays more than one week without any progress. Unable to call for info. Very bad service compared to the new courier services in Greece. They don't care about delivery on time. Finally they will go out of the market, hopefully soon !!!

That's the worst company to send…

That's the worst company to send parcels with. Why the companies keep using them? I have ordered something and seller sent it straight away but this company takes years to deliver. They don't update the tracking info and they only will deliver my package because I called asking about it otherwise I would never probably get it. Don't try to email... they don't answer! Well I'm still waiting to get my Package.. I'll update my review after I get my Package delivered.

Exceptionally poor service.
Diabolical handling of compliants, despite

Ms Elaine Kerr Ceo does not bother replying to emails. I will not rest until I get the £10.03 refunded back to me for failing to collect and deliver my parcel.

Woeful

Completely and utterly useless. I named a safe place for if we were out but we were in. Still left in safe place.

Second time now this has happened. Are the couriers just too lazy to ring the bell.

Surely being in overrides the safe place?

Cannot understand why any reputable company would use them.

Pranavkumar strikes agin

Lo and behold, for the fourth time, the same DPD driver Pranavkumar has lied about being unable to deliver my parcel. His excuse? That I didn’t provide a valid PIN number. That’s completely false. I have a perfectly valid PIN, but he never even attempted to ring the intercom to gain access.

I genuinely don’t understand why DPD has not taken action against this driver when this is now a repeated issue. Every other DPD driver manages just fine, yet this particular driver consistently fails to deliver and blatantly lies about it. It’s beyond frustrating.

PranavKumar is dishonest and unprofessional, and I have no idea why he is still employed by DPD. I sincerely hope DPD takes serious action, as customers should not have to deal with this level of incompetence and deceit.

If it is DPD then it will never arrive. I did not even know this company existed until this year. The reason I know it exists is because the only parcels that never arrive are the ones "being delivered" by DPD. They also wont pick up their phones. They wont answer their messages or emails. There is also no internal communication between departments and offices. I contacted DPD UK to help me get in touch with the Greek department and the UK office told me they had no way to get in touch with them!!!

DPD - the company that doesn't deliver!

What part of you are a delivery company does DPD not understand? Last year, I ordered from a retailer and the goods didn't arrive. The seller re-shipped them and they didn't arrive. On 9thJan 2025 I made 3 orders with one company - they shipped them out separately. Guess what? Not one of them has arrived, the tracking makes sense, and they don't answer the phone. The seller has now refunded me. I didn't want a refund I wanted my goods. I then emailed DPD's CEO Elaine Kerr, and guess what no reply. I then emailed DPD's customer service team, because that is what their website says to do, and guess what, no reply! Please DPD do everyone a huge favour and cease trading as a delivery company!! Because, guess what, you don't deliver!

Absolutely pathetic courier service

Absolutely pathetic courier service. Had a SCHEDULED pick up 4 days ago and never heard from them. And can't reach them by phone or email to find out when they will pick up the packages.

How is this company even in business with such poor service?

Recommend to avoid DPD at all costs and use a different courier service.

Terrible service from this courier…

Terrible service from this courier company. They lost two of my packages, and I’ve been waiting for a delivery for over a month that still hasn’t arrived. Their operating hours are limited, the phone is constantly busy, and it’s impossible to reach anyone. I’ve also sent an email and never got a response. I absolutely do not recommend them!

Some business partnerships can give you a bad name

Absolutely useless and the main reason is that they have partnered with some highly incompetent and unreputable companies like ACS for handling their local deliveries. An item can take 1-2 weeks to go from the final destination depot to the consignee in the same city.
