I never received my shoes

I never received my shoes, even if they say delivered but i have no idea where and to whom they delivered. I contacted all the courriers we have in syros who always work correct but nobody know anything. How can DPD say package delivered if i have not received anything. Incredible you are still in business!!!

Truly awful and incompetent…

Truly one of the most incompetent couriers in Greece (and that speaks volumes). Unable to find the most simple delivery address, lazy and simply awful customer service. Having made hundreds of orders from Amazon and then delivered through the many terrible Greek couriers this company is in the top three worst couriers you will ever experience. You have been warned.

You should all be fired.

I have called LITERALLY 108 times from 9:30 o clock till 13:04, they finally answered the phone, the woman who'd i speaked with, was very very rude, was always pausing me while i was speaking, didn't wanted to help me even tho i tried to be as polite as possible and in the end she just didn't want to help me. Shame on you. You should all be fired.

Very Unstable delivery plan for EU and Greece

Standard Ali-express shipping end up to DPD, tiny envelope delivered with 13 Days, due DPD Bulgaria and ACS Greece. In my second order small package this has stuck to Bulgaria for four working days. According to statistics this will delivered in 20 days window. This is totally unacceptable for us small business. Additionally ACS Greece, this organize delivery after 15:00 which small business are closed. Too many issues and I hold DPD as responsible, they do not coordinate their network properly.

I am waiting for UJ013091141YP. The delivery was taking a very long time, so on 20th of November I emailed the seller, who gave me the tracking number. Everything seems fine until one day the tracking shows that a viber notification has been sent, but on my phone there is no trace of it. A few hours later, the parcel appears to be delivered to a consignee with a surname that is similar to mine, but shorter and mispelled. This happened on the 24th of November. Today is the 22nd of December. The item I am waiting is large, it is 2 pieces of furniture, and none of my neighbours have collected anything in my name. DPD customer service seems impossible to reach, and the tracking number does not work if I try to track through DPD Greece website.

Even worse than DHL

I was waiting for the shipment of two packages 13109302544339 and 13109302544327 over a month.

I tried to call DPD customer service numbers 36 times, but never received any answer. Both lines are constantly down. Today, after 36 attempts, I was finally connected to an answering machine which kept me on hold for 30 minutes! See the attached screenshot from my phone.

At that point I gave up. I wrote to the sender, who replied that DHL could not find the address and returned the package.

They could not find it? That is a lie. Nobody ever called me, nor left a message. There was no attempt for delivery. I receiver 5 different shipments via courier to this address in past 2 weeks.

I am not paid for delivery, but I can use a phone. Simple google maps search for the delivery address "vila vivari" returns exact location immediately. And there are also local phone numbers for the hotel owners straight on the maps if DPD would really like to deliver for which I have paid.

This is the worst experience I ever had with a courier. DPD is even worse than DHL, which was so far the top contender.
