Studying CIPD Level 5 L&D
Studying CIPD Level 5 L&D. All the training material is now out of date - unit guides not matching the training material. This has been the case since september. I complained on 18 September and 1 month later still no reply and still no progress. This is terrible service and very frustrating. The course costs and fortune but it you start at the wrong time of year its a disaster - communication is poor. Requirements constantly changing

Worst training provider known
Honestly, if I could give lower than 1 star, I would. The CIPD level 7 is not a cheap course and don’t expect any support if you learn with DPG. It has been 3 weeks trying to arrange a call with the only assigned tutor of this module I am working on and she keeps ghosting me. The student services seem to have no idea or control over how or when the tutors have availability or provide support. One of the only assigned tutors was on sick for over 3 months and no other tutors were assigned to help students. My work colleague is doing the same course as me with DPG and is experiencing the same problems, disappointment and frustration. The absolute worst experience I’ve had with a training provider ever. Spend your money with a much better company so you can actually finish your studies on time and get support you need.

Level 7 - Avoid CIPD with DPG
The communication and support within this course is absolutely shocking I am so disappointed. I have been studying since January and in that 9 month, I have spoken to my tutor once after I requested a teams call due to no support or help. The rest of the 'Support' I continue to receive via the website student chat room is shocking, the feedback given on assignments is basic and doesn't help to pass at all.
I have submitted a lot of emails and finally as a last resort submitted a formal complaint however this was submitted over a month ago and there has been no communication or notification that anyone is even looking into my complaint and the points raised.
As a Level 7 Course which is degree level, there should be a high volume of support and guidance frequently and regular check ins, however this is not what is provided to students even though when joining you are promised 'unlimited support' from tutors.
I cannot pass any modules due to stated lack of support and poor feedback. I submitted a question to my tutor over ten days ago and this hasn't been acknowledged or responded to.
I studied the level 3 and 5 with DPG and had no problems but I would strongly advise anyone to not use DPG to study the level 7 course as the stress and worry this is causing me is unacceptable.
