FRAUD AND SCAM
Played over a couple of days after which took some money out after the long and painful verification process. 2 days later on a day I didn’t play they took money out of my debit card for no reason. I have had to raise with my banks fraud team as they refuse to give it back without asking from more info that would make me susceptible to fraud.

Since i had to take another casino to the small claims, I now bother to write a review when it goes to plan.
Went through thorough verification at the start and over the first couple of deposits (personally id rather do it up front than wait till withdrawal) it was all automated and easy to be fair.
Withdrew 6k, it was paid within a few hours. So far so good.
Also i saw some moany reviews about rigged payout%, they are all 3rd party games they use, so hows that work? not sure on that one.
Lastly its worth mentioning for anyone who wants to bet a decent amount they dont (as yet) restrict it.. other sites are proper tight on deposit amounts..

They block will your withdrawal whilst continuing to request more and more documents, some of which are impossible to provide. Requesting a screen shot Apple Pay card showing first 6 and last 4 digits which I am unable to do as only shows last 4. This is the same card used to deposit and, as requested, have already uploaded a photo of the physical card showing these numbers. Claim all if this is to protect our funds and prevent identity fraud whilst asking for highly personal data that is completely over the top. Like so many others have suggested, I fear this site is nothing but a scam company, desperate to take your cash and slow to payout all under the guise of Fraud prevention. Absolutely fine online casino, they verify you at the correct time and adhere to the UKGC rules and regulations, if you lose what you have deposited then so be it, if you win then once your account is verified, the money is paid back into your account within a few hours and i personally used debit card to deposit and withdraw. Just make sure you are verified and no problem at all. They also check in on you if they they notice you are on a loss or depositing more than loss.
