Great service and delivery well packaged

Bought Gloomhaven JotL on Sunday evening and received it on Tuesday noon (with an extra little gift).

Excellent service at a very reasonable price and well protected packaging for shipping. Very impressed and will be using again!

I've ordered three games recently, that I had looked up on Amazon but found cheaper at Dragon Cavern. The delivery service was excellent as was the nice note from the team and complimentary dice. Great new business and I'll be supporting them with any new purchases in the future. Highly recommended.

Made a pre-order and received unprompted regular update emails providing clear concise information. When I’ve contacted them in the past they’ve responded really quickly and I get the sense that staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely make a purchase from them again in the future.

I preordered a game from them and it arrived a few days after release in perfect condition and with free 6 and 10 sided dice!

Had the pleasure of ordering 'Spirit Island' through their ebay store and couldn't be more impressed with the all-round service. Fantastic communication throughout, a good price and some lovely personal touches that are very much appreciated as a buyer.

Most importantly (for me) for products like these packaging was top-notch - I can't count the number of times a certain large online retailer has fallen down on this front to ship me items that arrive with dinted boxes from insufficient packaging or are just rolling around in an empty box!

In summation, it's great to find another independent seller that I will be delighted to continue to support going forward.

Pre-ordered Gloomhaven Jaws of the Lion from Dragon Cavern. Fantastic Customer experience as I had regular updates about delivery expectation leading up to fulfilment. Once stock was in delivery was super-fast and the game was safely packed - and they even threw in a few dice. Fantastic. My first time ordering from them and I definitely recommend.
