I received my copy of War Chest quickly. It was well protected, and I found a hidden pair of dice in the packaging! The hand-signed note made for a great end to a lovely experience. Will defo order again

Placed my first order with Dragon Cavern, a pre-order for Civilization New Dawn Terra Incognita. The game was posted immediately as soon as they received it, and it arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Also had queries about some other forthcoming titles, and they responded very promptly and positively. Overall a great impression of Lucy, Peter & Arron‘s business, and I will definitely go to them again.

I ordered a game from here recently as after searching the internet for days, Dragon Cavern had the best price. Admittedly, I was hesitant to start with because it didn't have many reviews, but that doubt was quickly gone and I am almost certain I will be using Dragon Cavern again!

The delivery was very well wrapped up and I think my game would have stayed safe even if someone had tried to damage it! It also took 3 working days to get to me, and I think that's great for the amount I paid!

My parcel even came with a nice letter and pack of Haribo, so I definately can't complain there!

So far I have bought twilight imperium 4, brass Birmingham and War of the Rings + expansions. Each time the customer service was beyond exceptional.

For War of the Ring they went the extra mile, shipping the expansions and the base game before they were even on their store to ensure I got them for the weekend. They were quick to respond to emails and made sure to call me with updates.
