Good product

Good product, but if you don't want to take a chance with Australia Post's Parcel Service ensuring the glass does not get damaged, a guarantee by DragonImage will cost extra. Would have been nice to know this before purchasing. The product did arrive in good condition though.

Super helpful staff

Super helpful staff they knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me informed options that would help me without just trying to sell me the most expensive stuff and would go out of there way to contact me with information about my order.

Informed and fast service.

I've never been so well served by any team/business as I was at Dragon Image, they seemed to know all the answers to my questions before I even asked. Making me even more excited to play with my new toys when I got home. Thanks a bunch to James.

Great communication and great products …

Great communication and great products - only negitive thing is you have to pay through pay pal, you can't just purchase using visa on their website so just a little inconvenient. Didn't stop me purchasing as everything else is fantastic !

I didnt recieved a confirmation email or any tracking details

I'm very impressed with your prices and your range however I didn't recieve a confirmation email or any kind of tracking info. I emailed to find out what happened and recieved no resonse, since it was a $1000 purchase that made me very nervous. I was worried that I'd typed my email wrong but since I've just received this email asking me about my experience I'm guessing that's not the case.

Courier issues

An item I ordered from Dragonimage was delivered promptly by FastWay couriers. However, I have 2 problems regards the courier service. Firstly, $25 for a courier to deliver a small 2kg parcel from Artarmon to an inner-city address is excessive. Either Dragonimage are making a considerable profit on this item, or FastWay couriers are. The courier arrived and handed it to me at my doorway but didn't bother to either ask my name or ask for a signature, so there was no proof of delivery.

Easy To Navigate Website

All groovy here. No goblins or other nasties. They quick to responds, fast shipping and best of all the price. Other similar website here in Australia were $80.00 - $120.00 more than Dragon Image prices.

Just ok

These guys are a good resource if you're buying direct from the (Melb) store, but buying online and picking up is another story. Almost no communication from the time the order is placed to the time stock arrives. It would be a massive help if there was an ETA update soon after the order is placed so the customer isn't left high and dry.
