I ordered a lord of the rings Glamdring Sword which was reasonably priced at £49.50 +P&P £59.50. a few days later a representative contacted me and apologised but that sword was no longer in stock and offered me an alternative sword but at dearer in the catalogue but at the same price as the original order. I said does it have a plaque to support the sword only its a gift therefore not for myself. The reply oh yes its a nice plaque but I cant really describe it to you. after further discussion I agreed and that was that. then the sword arrived and ok not bad but no plaque as originally promised, I emailed the company and informed them of the broken promise only to get no reply. this company are good at saying what they will do but don't deliver. I will be returning the sword at my earliest

Ordered a foam master sword for my son. Payment went out and I never received the item. Unable to contact seller through email or phone. Managed to get a refund through paypal. This shop is a scam. Avoid at all costs

I’ve had no issues with this company at all . I’m very happy with the item I ordered , which was a replica Sting sword , because for the price it’s brilliant . I received good communication from the company and my item arrived when it was supposed too . Can’t ask for more .

Bought a Conan Atlantean sword absolutely fantastic value for money, I actually collect film swords and this is one of the best also as Ebay no longer allow the sale of swords in the UK this company has a great selection with fast delivery, really very pleased.

My partner ordered a replica Master Sword from them for my birthday. Everything looked fine on arrival of the product and was wrapped for my birthday 14 days hence.

Upon opening the product and unsheathing I found the blade to be heavily scuffed/marked (presuming the sheathe inside is abrasive) and rusted. The gift was kept in our bedroom where there is no moisture and other metallic objects are present which have not rusted.

My partner had applied for a refund however the company are stating as it is outside their 7 day return policy that they will not. This return policy does not comply with the Consumer rights act of 2015 however. The act describes a company must offer 30days to return the product and if distance selling of goods and services must offer 14 days starting from the day AFTER the consumer received the product. As we complained within this 14 day period then they have to offer refund.

We have made a claim through Paypal.

You know, I read a lot of the reviews on here and was anxious about ordering. But they were the only place that had the item I required.

I looked on their website under delivery and they state that if you need the delivery quickly, to please email them. So I did and they replied very quickly. I was told it would be no problem and I would receive my item that same week. I placed my order on the 16th July and in the notes section of the order I wrote down my email exchange about how I needed the item quickly and had been told it would be no problem. I received another email after my order was placed acknowledging that they knew I had asked for a quick delivery and that it would be fine.

My item arrived on the 19th July and it looks sick. I love it. Nothing has broken off (so far, but it all seems very sturdy) and I'm set to use it this weekend. Also as I bought a LoTR item, I qualified for a free One Ring, and that looks sick too.

Purchased a Roman gladius. Received notice of despatch. Item didn't arrive so emailed seller. Told not in stock and offered me a n alternative product or refund. Never received refund or response to my emails chasing the matter up. Worst company of this kind I have dealt with. Fraudulent. Avoid.

Ordered Anduril sword with international delivery. The experience with them was good, pretty resposive via email (website form) and helpful.
Indeed, the delivery took some time and tracking was odd, but i was't in a hurry.
The sword is excellent. All metal, small leather covering on the handle. Blade is polished, runes are engraved very well. A bit sharp, but not much, and not really exactly to my liking but ok.
There is also a small gap between the blade and the handle, but it all looks and feels solid, just a bit of aesthetics. You can tell is artisan made and not with a lot of time for finesse, but all in all I love it.

I brought my iterm on 20th may it is now the 8th June and my iterm has still not arrived I got a tracking number from Hermes on the 21st but they are still waiting for my iterm I've emailed them 4 times left messages 2 times on the website also rang them 3 times with no response I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED

honestly the worst I have dealt with for a long time and let me tell you why. First, The product I ordered took 9 days to get here. They can blame the courier all they like but if you use hermes then don't expect good feedback on delivery times...... second.......product simply isn't the one pictured on their site. and finally, the product itself, even though not exactly as pictured, is in fact faulty, sharp edge on handle which doesn't line up properly. I have a nice collection, this is the only item I have bought from this company and I will certainly never use them again. Beware. Cheap junk at best.

The product is awesome, it really is astounding. But I bought it as a birthday present and was a little put out to see that on the cross guard there was a little damage, and the detailing has been chipped away.
Despite this it came in excellent time and I do reccommed. Still just really put out by this one detail especially since it is a gift.

I have ordered 5 swords from this company and am delighted with them. They arrived within a week of my order, This was my first time using them and had seen few negative reviews so was a little bit concerned ...BUT my experience was good so will definately be using them again....Thanks Guys

I bought the Anduril Sword for the hubby for Christmas. Having read some previous reviews
( after purchasing !) I was a bit concerned about what was going to arrive, and about reported customer service issues, but when it arrived , after only a couple of days, it is Wonderful ! My hubby is delighted with it, lovely quality, heavy, sharp ! a perfect replica, we matched it against real pictures and it is spot on, with a good quality wall plate, yes it would have been nice to get the leather sheath too but i will get that separately, looks FAB on the wall. On offer , it was a great price, and even had a free 'ring of power', and with the quick, hassle free service i have no hesitation in recommending this Sword, or this Company, i am glad I didn't let some of the rather caustic reviews put me off, we will definitely be adding to my hubby's collection from Dragon Reborn. Thank you.

I was very concerned after my sons sword did not turn up when I thought it would and after reading the reviews BUT although the seller did not communicate or respond to my emails, the sword has turned up and my son thinks it is fantastic. Very realistic and a great price. He is a massive Lord of the Rings fan and would probably order from here again. Just be prepared to wait for your order.

I ordered a LARP sword for my brother's Christmas present. Despite how close it is till Christmas it arrived in good time. As it was a LOTR sword I also received a free ring!
Unfortunately the sword was damaged as the tip and hilt had cracks. I emailed the company and got a quick reply from Andrew, who was very apologetic, and a replacement arrived the next day.
The sword is of high quality and has a good weight to it- it's not a cheap plastic thing and it doesn't feel or look like one. It is very long and a good replica of Aragorn's sword in the movie.
I would recommend this company and buy from them again; their products are quality and even if your product suffers in the busy Christmas post, the company works hard to satisfy you and sends replacements quickly if necessary.
