Absolutely superb service. I spoke to Andrew who was extremely helpful and had no shortage of time for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. It’s around Christmas and post is unreliable, but it arrived exactly when he said it would. I ordered some LARP swords and was blown away with th quality. life size, extremely lifelike, great balance and quality construction/finish. Despite looking like the real deal they are a pleasure to use and very tough. You can take a full force hit and it’s not really a big deal, plus the swords don’t deform or degrade easily.... well at least mine haven’t and I’ve clobbered them about.

I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again myself. If the service continues like this I will be very happy indeed.

Same response as a few others, this company does not respond to any communications. I placed an order and apart from the initial courier email nothing else was received. I resorted to a PayPal claim and got a refund although due to the time I waited it messed up the fact that this was supposed to be a present. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

I wish I had found this website before ordering. I wanted to buy Anduril for my boyfriend's birthday. Immediately after the order, I received the usual standard courrier email with tracking information. Everything was fine. Except that the courrier never received the package! After 2 weeks, I started inquiring about my order, no answer. A couple of days later, I sent another email, no reply. The next day, I sent another email and I tried to call. Nothing. That's when I saw the bad reviews. I opened a claim on Paypal, still no answer. Today, I escalated the claim, and I hope Paypal will see what a terrible scamming company this is.
Do yourself a favour: avoid the stress and don't order with them!

This company is shocking.
I ordered a LOTR replica sword for the man's birthday 2 months before I needed it.
I got an email 5 days after paying that it had been dispatched. I waited 2 weeks, then contacted them via email. They replied with "we have new people working so they probably made a mistake. The sword isn't in stock anyway so I can suggest you choose either bla bla bla" I explained I needed that specific sword, if they don't have it, I want a refund.
Anyway, thank goodness I used PayPal as I had no responce from them whatsoever. It got to the point where I had to open a case with PayPal to get my £70 back, which I eventually did 2 days before the deadline of the case escalating.
Shame, we would have used these guys to expand the collection but they give off the impression it's run by two teenagers out of their parents garage.

Shocking customer service ... Will call you a liar even though you've got emails to back up what you've been told. They will promise to do things for you to keep you sweet and then ignore it. I'm missing pins from my sword to be able to hang it on my wall on the back board... I have emailed and rung and emailed again .. complained to paypal. I got a message saying they would send me the missing parts and that was over a no th again... it's a joke.
To top this off They sent me the wrong items and shoddy poor quality items. I had to send back at my expense to then receive a sub par quality product and this is still how they treat me. I had to threaten the police and trading standards on numerous occasions and had to email 3/4 times a day just to get a response!!

Steer clear of these con men!! Not worth your time or money or worries!!

But hey if they are willing to keep their end of the deal with me maybe they will prove me wrong.

Ordered a gift for my partner on 5th Feb. Despite several emails and phone calls (to answer phone!) it still had not arrived 6 weeks later. Requested cancellation - ignored!! Had to escalate a claim through PayPal to reclaim my money. Disgusted by the fact I was blatantly ignored and they had taken the money in advance! Will never ever order from them again.

I was absolutely delighted with the sword I bought as a present for my son. He is a huge Lord of the Rings fan and I was worried that because of the low price it would not be the best quality. It turned up quickly and was absolutely fantastic. My son says it was the best present we ever got him. Thanks Dragonreborn.

It's a shame I even have to give 'one' star!
we ordered a basket handle sword for my father on the 4th August; the payment promptly came out the bank. Four weeks later - no sword. Couldn't get a hold of this guy on the phone. A week after trying on and off finally got through; was told his supplier had let him down but said it should be in within two weeks. Offered us a refund or would we like to wait. As my father had wanted the sword for ages, we made the mistake of deciding to wait. It's now November 18th; no refund, no sword. Can't get a hold of him on the phone, left voice mails, sent emails, no response or acknowledgment.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Disgusted by the whole experience and now chasing £69.99!!!!!

Ordered a sword for a wedding present for my husband to cut the cake with at our wedding. Was out of stock but was told would be with me before my wedding day. Less than a week before I was told it would not be with me in time and would i want a replacement with a plaque. I'd already said no to this option when I was first told it was out of stock as I can't cut a cake with a plaque mounted sword and could I get a refund. The sword then arrived, being sent almost a week after I had said I did not want it. I have managed to speak to someone twice, saying they would send a returns lable, it is now 5 months on and I have not had a lable, no response to voicemail messages or emails. Terrible!

Good knife,comes with a plaster ,compass,fishing gut and hook in the handle.

This is the worst order I have ever had. I ordered the Sting sword and it came badly packaged with rust on the blade and scratches all over it. Just 100% bad. Then the guy ignored me and when I called him he said ''I am more concerned about people purchasing then people like you moaning''.

Do not order from this guy. 100% bad.

I ordered the Anduril sword thinking it was a nice sword for a reasonable price. After 2 week waiting for the sword to be delivered, I asked for an update on my item, No reply. After 3 week it finally came and to my horror the sword was badly packages and damp. The sword was fully of rust and and the leather sleeve was missing.
I emailed them with images of the rust and asked what can they do for me. They then replied with send it back and we will send a new one. I replied with I cannot send it back as it would cost me to much, I would rather remove the rust myself and could you send me compensation for the cleaning materials and send me a leather sleeve which was missing. The last email was send 2 week ago and I haven't had any reply. It looks like there policy is to ignore anyone who has a problem with their items. Disgusting service and will never use them again.
