Delivery and communication were excellent. The website is a bit annoying as the numbers for the quantity required jumps around. For example. The number of clips I requested said 12 but in the confirmation box it read 21. I went back to the order and checked it was 12, altered it by adding a few and then going back to 12. This still didn't alter the delivery request of 21. But as the overall price was good I went ahead and binned the excess of clips.

The carriers making the delivery botched it by splitting it into 3 separate deliveries over 5 days but Drainage Central we’re on the case immediately checking regularly and reporting back to us daily.

After investigating the issue, we discovered that your order was directly shipped from the manufacturer, and unfortunately, they did not inform us about the missing gutter lengths. Once you brought this to our attention, we immediately contacted the manufacturer who assured us that the missing parts would be delivered the following day, which we relayed to yourself.
Regrettably, the gutter lengths were not delivered as promised, and it appears that they were damaged during transit. As soon as we became aware of this, we promptly sent out the replacement pieces. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Prompt delivery and good product
How do you replace cast-iron Victorian drainpipes that have rusted through without it looking terrible? You can use PVC equivalents that look pretty close from a few feet away and keep the style of the house traditional. Drainage Central had what I needed in the correct sizes and shipped and delivered very quickly, enabling me to replace the broken sections rapidly. These aren't cheap - you could cop out and use a modern B&Q job if you wanted - but the extra costs for something looking the part were worth it for me.
