Good product would use drainage superstore again

Took a while for the whole order to be completed. But there's a real person at the end of the phone. They sorted the issue and text me with the resolution. Result! This mattered to me so will use again.
Delivery was spot on.

Ordered items only available online- despatched within 24hrs via a reliable courier at a sensible cost. Quality items well packaged.

The one and only order i've placed with them they managed to screw up on.

Order 10m of drainage channel on Sunday 26th, showing as in stock for delivery by Wednesday, got an email on Tuesday saying order dispatched in full. Good stuff.

Wednesday rolls around, no delivery details, give them a call, turns out the product isn't in stock and I shouldn't have got the email. So I asked for an alternative product that would be here and was told I can pay the difference and i'd still have the product in time for the job.

Couple hours rolls by, no invoice, phone again to be told they would get the advisor to email me it as the person I was speaking to didn't have much detail. 3.30pm rolls by, still nothing, phone again to be told that the invoice failed to send, and because of that, the supplier wouldn't have sent the products out meaning they wouldn't now arrive on time.

Honest the service has been nothing but shockingly bad, all sounds good, but failed to follow through multiple times.

Can't say i'll ever be back to use them again.

Product is far below standard expected, awful quality control. Purchased cappings previously in spring 2025, they were ok but still the thickness varied. The second batch of cappings, purchased recently, not only had the varied thickness but were also badly warped, twisted and domed. It was impossible to lay these cappings to a level. Not happy with up to a 5mm step between each capping. I do
not recommend any capping product supplied by Drainage Superstore and manufactured by Eurodec.

Efficient service and offered alternative to ordered product which was no longer manufactured. Delivery arrived when promised.

Jab, a really helpful guy on the phone. Told me what I needed to know and was polite with it too. No complaints at all really.

It was easy to order, we had query about not receiving an email when we phoned up the lady was very polite and listened, then promptly resolved our query, the delivery was on the day and the man put the bags neatly on our property, will definitely use you again when we need more stuff

Ordered 5 x drainage galvanised steel grates for front of my driveway as my husbands car had caused damage to the present one.

Drainage Superstore were very competitively priced. Ordering from their website was very simple and quick.

Once received I was advised to change the channels as well (completely my fault for ordering too quickly) and not really suitable, I called them and they were very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice.

I used the ones I had first for the soak away in the back garden and re-ordered to include the channels. These arrived within 24hrs.

Fabulous service. I’ve no hesitation recommending this company for price and customer service.
