Excellent service from Rob. Came to do a camera inspection of two drains feeding into a common tumble chamber and quickly diagnosed the problem, then explained it to me and my neighbour in straight forward terms. Thank you.

Craig was really helpful when he came out, he unblocked the drain quickly and cleaned the area up afterwards .

Although this time the initial fix didn’t work properly, as soon as I let Drain Doctor know they came back out that day and fixed the kitchen sink problem without any hassle or charge.

Quotes were clear and given in a timely manner, with clear follow up appointment details and communication. On the day, arrived in the expected timeframe and was able to deal with minor challenges including a broken pipe, with excellent communication on the progess throughout the process resulting in the installation of the non return valve and chamber efficiently and effectively.

Quick service & Very Knowlegable
Kye was such a polite young man we had a few issues and he quickly identified a problem with the installation of the back drain - ( by botch it builders co…. )
He was very helpful with solutions and worked swiftly to clear the blockage in the other drain. No fuss he even tolerated our pup bugging him. A real asset to your company. Will be back in touch once we save up for the drain correction ;)

Initial visit diagnosed failed pump which was great but didn’t actually clear blocked drain, the reason for the original call-out. This was done 2 days later (for free!) by waste removal company when emptying tank. Subsequent visit to replace pump all good, if quite expensive.
