It was easy and quick to book online, Chloe was really helpful and prompt in replying to my email.
Tom arrived on time (he phoned beforehand to let me know he was on the way). He's really knowledgeable and explained what he did (and why) and things to look out for in the future to hopefully prevent the same problem reoccurring.
Tom is professional and friendly, he's a real asset to the company.

Having reported a blocked toilet in the morning Drain Doctor quickly scheduled an appointment. The engineer Tom called and texted his anticipated arrival time within a couple of hours for the same day. Tom arrived on time, was friendly, considerate and most importantly professional, efficient and quick. Problem solved in less than an hour. My letting agency always uses Drain Doctor and the service experienced today shows exactly why. Great job Tom & thanks Drain Doctor.

Everyone was helpful and efficient.very fast service expecially the engineer (Patrick) who could not do enough for us. And the cost was reasonable as it was all sorted within 24hrs. Highly recommended

Engineer attended quickly and was professional, and I have no complaint about the manner of service. However, my issue is that the blockage was not actually resolved. The toilet passed water after the first visit but blocked again as soon as it was used normally. They returned under their guarantee, but the problem remained and further investigation would have involved additional charges. I appreciate the attendance, but I do not feel I received the service I have been charged for.

Excellent service. Steve was friendly, courteous and informative, showing and explaining the problem at each stage. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied he had solved our blockage, and so far it has not recurred!
