Prompt and efficient attention to a drainage issue clearing a severe blockage in the toilets.

Great service, came and evaluated the work needed and recommended what was needed and it was better if they didn’t do the work and a plumber did it instead, as I’d need a plumber afterwards anyway.

Drain Doctor were able to visit me quickly and fix a blockage but are incredibly expensive. I appreciate that they tell you the price on the day but when someone has come out, it's tricky to say no. I was charged over £200 to fix a toilet blockage that took the engineer about 20 mins to fix

Drain doctors came out quickly, sorted out issue with no fuss, and were genuinely brilliant throughout. Really honest, helpful, and explained everything clearly. It’s so refreshing to meet tradespeople who take pride in their work and don’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely call Drain doctors again if we ever need plumbing help.

I can't recommend Horsham Drain Doctors enough! They attended last summer when I had a rather nasty soil stack displacement. In total they had to come four times, including having to saw through several of my floorboards to get to the pipe to replace it. They could not have been more professional and so so kind, through what was quite a traumatic week! Big shout out to Dawn in the office who was so lovely and reassuring every time I called. THANK YOU!

Great service! Just moved house to discover an outside drain was blocked. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Both engineers were friendly, reassuring and knowledgable. Communications from the office were also great, ringing ahead to let me know the engineers might be a few minutes late. I would definitely use this service again.

Matt was great! He looked, investigated and solved. There was no fuss, no well this or that... he saw the problem and solved it and was incredibly efficient. I will definitely be calling again should I need to.

Very helpful and competent engineer

Very easy to deal with and kept us informed at all times of progress and actions required. On sit team were 11/10, polite and very clean and tidy, would have no hesitation in recommending them.
