Drain Doctor - Maidstone Reviews 

This is the second time that I have used Drain Doctor for unexpected issues. Both experiences have been excellent.Dave and Sam have been extremely kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, I have been kept informed of what is happening with the job and the quality of the work is second to none. My job has been completed quickly and efficiently and the price charged was reasonable. I would highly recommend

Dave and Sam were excellent. They diagnosed the issue very quickly, and sorted it for us the same day. When a 2nd issue arose after sorting the initial problem, they were swift to sort this as well. Was a very efficient service, very reasonable price, explained everything fully, and gave good advise to prevent the issue reoccurring. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Quick communication, over the two visits that I had, the team were respectful of our house and explained what they were doing and why. the issue was diagnosed quickly and resolved in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable and an all round good experience

Had Dave out to sort out a leak in the bathroom which he located the source of quickly and fixed a lot quicker than I expected! Kept me posted on what he was doing and dealt with it efficiently. A good laugh as well. Would definitely recommend and will ask for Dave again if anything else ever come up.

Sam and Dan were very professional finished unblocking my toilet in under 30minutes. They knew exactly what the problem was and give me tips to avoid the problem in the future. The price was fair and reasonable and no call out charges were added. I am happy with the work and will recommend their service.

I was having an absolute nightmare. I was sat in my living room and could see a massive wet patch forming on my living room ceiling. I had no clue where it was coming from and the whole time I just kept thinking it was from my bathroom shower directly above my living room. Dave came and eased my mind, he was very clear on each step that he was going to check to see where the potential leak was coming from and managed to locate it quite quickly. Once he had located it he explained what he had to do in order to locate it and what would need to be done following. He understood me having two young children in the house and the stress of trying to sort many other things and also worrying about a leak. Amazing customer service skills, fab communication, very knowledgable and very understanding. I would definitely use him for any future house issues I may have and highly recommend him.

Contact was made within minutes of my issues being raised via the website and the company came out the same day, kept me informed and resolved issues promptly. The two guys that came were lovely and helpful - I couldnt fault the service received.

Contacted Drain Doctor online and was contacted by Dave within a very speedy response time. Dave was able to assist and arranged to visit the next day. The process was explained prior to the arrival. Dave was very punctual and very friendly and helpful from arrival to carrying out the job. He explained the problem, what needed to be fixed and informed of what he needed to do and did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drain Doctor- Maidstone. Dave and Sam arrived promptly following initial conversation with Daniel. Dave explained the soakaway pipe was completely blocked with roots from a nearby tree. The team were very polite, knowledgeable, friendly,and professional. Sorted the problem and transparent with the costs. Even checked the other Downpipes with CCTV equipment at no charge. Completely tidied area once job completed.

Excellent service. It was easy to contact them and they were so fast to respond. when they came, they identified the issue with my toilet drainage system immediately, and were able to fix it perfectly. I am very pleased with their service.

We had an issue with overflowing gutters and thanks to Drain Doctor-Maidstone, Daniel arranged for his team to visit the same day that I called them. Within a couple of days the problems were identified and subsequent work carried out in an efficient and prompt way. We were told (and shown) what the issues were, kept up to date by the team who were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and cleared away all rubbish. Overall we had an extremely positive experience from start to finish. An excellent service from start to finish. Having had a terrible experience with another company the previous day, I phoned Drain Doctor and they were brilliant.
