Had to call out the Drain Doctor on a Saturday afternoon for a blocked toilet. Call answered quickly and professionally. A little disappointed that I wasn't given any time for an engineer to call but the engineer attended first thing on the Monday morning. He assessed the issue, called to give me a diagnosis of the problem and a price too fix it. He rang me back to give me some more information and an authorisation to carry out the work. It was completed quickly by a very pleasant and helpful engineer. Overall, I would highly recommend the Drain Doctor

Quick, efficient, thorough service

Booked appointment for 0800-0830. Called them at 845 said they were on way wouldn’t be long. Called back at 945 said they would be another hour. No courtesy call to say there would be a delay. Job cancelled. Totally unreliable so couldn’t trust them to carry out any work

We had The Drain Doctors out to investigate a persistent smell in our home, and I couldn’t fault the service. He was a lovely, knowledgeable guy who took the time to properly assess everything rather than rushing the job.

He carried out a full check, including lifting the manhole, flushing the system, and running a CCTV inspection. He quickly identified two blocked drains at the rear of the property, which he cleared efficiently. He also explained what he was doing throughout, which was really reassuring.

Everything is now flowing as it should, and it’s a relief to know there are no structural issues with the drains.

They came the same day and did a superb job clearing out a severely blocked drain under our garage floor.
