Drain Doctor - Nottingham Reviews 

I phoned up with blocked drains at about half 9 this morning. By 10am drain doctor had sent someone out. The lad came that was very polite and easy to talk to, sourced my problem straight away and cleared the blockage as well advising a more long term fix. I cannot fault the service whatsoever and would 100% recommend!

Speedy, called ahead with half hour notice. Identified the issue quickly, explained it simply then fixed it and cleared up.

Prompt attention to premises, diagnosed issue, expertly repaired quickly to my satisfaction.

All my interactions with the company were great. Loads of information given, staff were polite and great at what they were doing and final results were much better than a competitor we had used in the past!

What a great service! I didn't catch his name but the guy was adorable, really friendly, chatty & more importantly he did an amazing & thorough job! At one point the poor thing was laying flat out on my path with his arm shoulder deep in the drain - he really went above & beyond! The drain is now working perfectly. I'll definitely be using Drain Doctor again! Thanks so much!

Rung on Friday lunchtime and they came @ 8am the following day. Excellent service and all sorted within 30 minutes. Also explained everything and how to prevent future problems. Highly recommend.

Very efficient very professional and polite

Rang on behalf of my elderly parents 94/98. Toilet completely blocked. Was given a time 12 o’clock. No one turned up , rang the company and they said someone would get back to me. . No one did 5 times I did this ,still no one called back. So I cancelled and tried to find someone else. Then Drain doctor rang back. Bunch of cowboy’s that are prepared to let the elderly go without a working toilet

Everything from the first call to the bill payment process was top class. I called at 8.30am and the tech arrived by 10am. The tech (Rob) was very professional and knowledgable, and resolved our issue quickly and with minimal disruption. 100%.

Someone was able to come out the next day (a Saturday) and the plumbing problem was fixed quickly.

Efficient, helpful and friendly

The team returned to undertake remedial work identified on their previous visit to unblock our drains. They arrived on time and completed the work. Along the way they explained each step and showed me the videos taken before during and after each stage. They cleaned up the site and left a very happy customer. This is an excellent company to do business with use them with confidence you will not be disappointed.

We needed a CCTV scan at short notice and the report to be completed very quickly to enable a house move. All members of the team that we dealt with were so helpful (especially Anna on the phone!) and they went out of their way to make it happen.
