Very good service and very informative

I am incredibly impressed with the service provided by Drain Doctor today. Asim tackled a complex, ongoing drainage issue with absolute professionalism. He was exceptionally thorough in finding the root cause and resolved it both quickly and efficiently. He also provided excellent advice on long-term aftercare. Furthermore, pricing was transparently discussed beforehand and proved very reasonable. The seamless experience began with Kaitlin who efficiently scheduled the appointment around my busy work constraints. I would recommend this team without a second thought.

Excellent service from Drain Doctor, especially Asim, who attended one of my rental properties to sort out a soil pipe blockage. What started as a simple job became very complicated, but Asim went above and beyond and never gave up.

He even arranged for a joiner to remove kitchen cupboards so access could be gained to the pipe, and came back a second time to complete the work properly.

Overall, the whole team provided a great service and kept me informed throughout. They may not be the cheapest, but all charges were explained clearly beforehand so the choice was mine.

Mason Keiren and Asim have fixed drain problems on two drains. They were friendly, quick and efficient.

Communication from the start was fantastic. We got a message to confirm call from engineer before attending, which we received. Asim was very professional and friendly, and after a quick check advised what needed to be done and price. He quickly sorted the problem and cleaned everything up. I would recommend Asim and Drain Doctor without hesitation.

Asim arrived within the hour, a very polite gent, he informed me of everything all way through the process, using his camera he explained everything in terms that I understood. His attention to detail was fantastic, tradesman have left me to clean up after in the past and Asim jetted and brushed my path clean. He give me advise and confidence to ensure I can not get in this position again. I would recommend this company 👌

Turned up within an hour of me phoning them and had my drains clear in 30 minutes. Very polite and friendly, offered advice on how to keep them clear for the future. Would highly recommend.

After my initial phone call regarding maintenance to a garden manhole cover, Marc attended, immediately putting me at ease, explaining how he would rectify the issue, he was very proffessional and courteous. The quotation followed promptly and was very fair. It was so refreshing to be kept informed by the team when there was a hiccup with Marcs arrival. On the day Marc really grafted, as well as completing the job he hosed down all the brick dust, windows and car included, furthermore he checked the drain for any issues with a fibre optic, not expected and much appreciated! Thanks again.

The company responded within an hour of my call regarding a blocked toilet. Asim was highly professional & conscientious in resolving the problem. He talked through the job & financial cost. He completed the job leaving the work space spotless. I would highly recommend for efficiency.

Made call night before Asim from drain doctors came first thing had look explained everything to me was very friendly dealt the situation showed me all problem it had with pipe pics but next day still had same problem when I flashed it rang drain doctor they sent person called mason such lovely person sorted my toilet in less 10 min thank you so much mason for doing good job and reasuring me i was so stressed out but he sorted it out thank you .

because I was having a problem with a blockage drain in my house. This is a huge problem that makes my kitchen flooded with water leaking of pipes

cause when I use the dishwasher or flush toilet, the water couldn’t go out as the drain is broken and blocked.

I called the doctor drain they did a very good job Firstly, They couldn’t find the drain of the house easily as my house is an old house . So they make all the study investigation and they find the location of the drain

they sort it out for me by doing a perfect, great, amazing job. Now I'm very happy with my house, no more leaking waters of the pipes 100% sorted

Asim diagnosed potential drainage problems and made sensible suggestions. He is polite and professional. Small details matter to people such as taking his boots off before going upstairs without being asked - this courtesy is very much appreciated and shows respect for property. They don't charge extortionate prices and all charged are discussed and agreed before any work takes place.
